What a beautiful home! Perfect for our two families. The views from the large deck were incredible, plenty of rooms and beds, and easy to check in and out of. What a great place, thank you!

Loved this stay! Beautiful area with lots of wildlife in the neighborhood- deer, turkey vultures, lots of little birds, squirrels, etc. House was very nice- LOTs of space. There was so much space that my husband and I rarely left the top level even though there was a spacious and well-maintained downstairs. All of the neighbors were friendly and nice. Be prepared for hills if you're going to walk but know it's worth the views. Only 2 things surprised us and neither had to do with the reservation. 1. All of the marinas on our side of the lake were closed so to get worms to fish with was a 60 minute round-trip to the other side of the lake and they wanted to charge us for entry. 2. I'd strongly recommend bringing groceries with you because the closest store is half a tank of gas away. Would definitely stay again, I'd just bring more groceries and maybe our own worms. ;)

Great place to stay with a big group. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook all meals and coffee on the multiple decks in the morning was a huge hit. How was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for the stay!

Fantastic lake view!!! The house is great for families with plenty of space for all. The deck areas overlook the lake. The kitchen was also well stocked and easy to cook in. Stay here! We will be back.

The house was really great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The actual house is even better than what the pictures show :) Check-in was easy. All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are super clean and renovated. The view is beautiful from the amazing deck. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Central A/C works very well. The weber grill outside is in great shape. Access to the lake via a path and steps in front of the house. The clubhouse has a nice pool which was great to cool off in. Overall, we were very happy with this property and would definitely stay here again!

It gets dark so arrive before sundown and that’ll make check in easier. Especially if you need to use overflow parking. Beautiful view. Some vultures sunned nearby. Clean and comfy—looks just like the pictures. Had some WiFi troubles but Joe and Judy were on it. Kitchen was stocked nicely. Thanks so much!

Everything with the rental was wonderful--comfortable and clean. Joe was responsive when the wifi wasn't working at first and got it working as soon as he could. The only downside to this rental is that there isn't a dishwasher. One other downside has nothing to do with this rental in particular, but it bears mentioning. There's an additional $50 resort fee when you arrive. If you have more than two cars, you will need to pay to park the extra cars in an overflow lot that's a long drive from the rental. And you're reminded again and again by signage and people working the resort that if you break any of the resort's extensive page of rules, you'll incur fines. It was a bit oppressive--like no more than 8 people in a house at one time. I'm sure this is how they maintain a good quality of life for the people who live in the area, but I mention it because larger groups might consider staying in a different area.

Beautiful and relaxing place, the deck was just stunning, fire pit and heater were amazing! Very close to the lake, two families came for a reunion and it was perfect!

Based on the other reviews, I was cautiously optimistic about the space, but I have to say that this property was exactly what we needed for our trip. The patios are some of the best parts of the rental, with a great grill, a cozy fire pit with wonderful views from the deck (so much wildlife!), and comfortable deck furniture. There is AC and we were surprised by unexpected wi-fi! Though we didn't spend much time there, the downstairs game/bunk room was great. There is laundry to dry wet boating towels. There was plenty of room to park cars and trailers/boats. It was easy to check-in and stay in touch with hosts, and the community is simple to navigate and the neighbors were kind. I wished we could have spent more time there to enjoy the patios and surroundings. All around, great stay!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful Oak Shores getaway! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the home is incredibly well equipped—both inside and out. Everything was spotless (not even a spiderweb in sight!), and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Though it’s quite remote, which we loved, be sure to bring most of your food with you. The neighbors were wonderfully kind and even offered us some briquettes for the BBQ. The weather was perfect, and a tiny bat making its home in the outdoor umbrella gave us a good laugh. This was a weekend full of great memories, much-needed rest, and full hearts (and stomachs). We’re leaving restored and already dreaming of coming back!

We had a lovely stay! The house is just as described —peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and had fun around the pool table and fireplace. The kitchen nook quickly became our group’s favorite spot. The home was more than comfortable for the six of us and would easily suit eight or even ten. We even had deer visiting the property, which made the setting feel extra special. Given the home’s size and natural setting, maintaining it is no small feat. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, it was a great getaway!

This turned out to be one of the loveliest vacation spots,(and we travel a lot. The house was absolutely perfect, the location serene and beautiful in every way. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Valerie

I reserved this home for my family over Thanksgiving weekend as we were visiting the area. We loved loved loved the property. For starters, it was a beautiful setting - the koi pond was right there as we sat on the front porch rocking away with our coffees and teas in the morning. We did a walk and run on the property between the gorgeous vineyards. We met Penny, the hostess, serving in the tasting room. We had a lovely few sips of two of their reds next to their roaring indoor stone fireplace. The home was set up so we could play games, and watch the Warriors on a large screen. It was 12 to 15 minutes to downtown (and pickleball). We also were just a few miles away from the light show in the fields - Sensorio. We had a lovely setting for special family time together. Thank you Beau, Joe, Penny, and team - we will be back! PS We received two love bottles of red complimentary - liked their Zin!

We had a great time staying at Nerces family home at the lake. The home was clean and had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. We would totally stay here again!
