A delightful/fun/cozy house located on the water in Clearlake Keys with easy access to the lake and wineries. I am a superhost and will do everything to ensure you will have a great stay. One of the best spots in the keys and great value! We can accommodate up to six people. Summer months lake can experience algae bloom. Conditions can change daily depending on wind & temperatures. Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
