Snowcreek V #837, Snowcreek Resort TOML-CPAN-15551

CrystalRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Four of us (and a dog) stayed at this location for a ski trip and it was great. It was relatively close to the lodges, everything inside was clean and as expected, and the pathways to the parking behind the unit was well maintained (although this year the snow isn't crazy like it was in the past two years). We did hear a lot of footsteps from the unit upstairs but that wasn't an issue for us. The Internet was stable, and most of the lights were dimmable and it was so pleasant to be able to adjust the brightness as needed.

Treehaus Chalet | Epic Views! Mid Century Vibe.

StacyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Great hosts, wonderful house, very comfy beds, and nice kitchen. Great tree (Snuffy)! Comfy couch with a view of the mountains was absolutely wonderful, though we didn’t realize there were going to be some telephone wires running through the view (nothing the owners can do about that and you eventually get used to it). Will definitely stay again.

Private cabin w wraparound deck at Lake Gregory

SarahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I stayed at Eagle's Nest in Crestline for a work trip, and it exceeded my expectations! Nestled in the serene San Bernardino National Forest, the chalet offered a perfect mix of seclusion and convenience. It’s just minutes from Crestline Village and Lake Gregory, with easy access to other nearby attractions like Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. The chalet itself is spacious and well-equipped, with an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and great room ideal for both work and relaxation. The wrap-around deck and stone patio were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. I found the accommodations very comfortable, especially the cozy primary bedroom with its en suite bath. Though I was there for work, I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful setting and natural beauty around me. I’m already looking forward to booking Eagle’s Nest again for a vacation. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to escape and enjoy the mountains while having access to nearby activities.

Paul is friendly and his home is a gem if your looking for a quite place surrounded by nature. The house is well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs bedroom deck with our coffee watching the sun come over the foothills. The Hawley Grade trail is within walking distance if you like to hike. It’s also an easy drive to get into Meyers and South Lake Tahoe.

Sierra Sunrise View

SiyiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My friends and I were surprised to find this place so close to Yosemite south gate available just a week before Memorial Day weekend, with a very affordable price. We were even more amazed when we got there-the house was beautiful with amazing mountain views on the east. The living room felt grand yet cozy; the rooms were spacious and very clean. We have everything we need. Jeffrey and his co-host were so kind to offer us treats and beverages in the kitchen: even pizza and ice creams for late night cravings. They were very responsive too. Getting uphill to the place and down was a bit challenging at night for the first time; but easy enough once we got used to it. Overall we had a wonderful time there and definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay comfortably during their visit to Yosemite.

Charming Home Downtown Mill Valley

KatieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved our stay at the Mill Valley Chalet! We felt super comfortable and at ease right when we walked in - mellow/calming instrumental music was playing, what a nice touch :) Being surrounded by redwoods, in a home made from redwood trees was magical. We loved that we could walk across the street and down the stairs into town. There were various delicious restaurants (we highly recommend Flour Craft Bakery and Piazza D'Angelo) nearby as well as a market and little shops. Super close to incredible hikes in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (NPS) and Mt. Tamalpais too. We really loved sitting out on the decks amongst the redwoods, and even saw a buck with large fuzzy antlers. The kitchen has everything you need including cooking oil, coffee, tea, and spices; the showers had nice water pressure; and the beds were pretty comfortable - the downstairs bed was a little firm, and upstairs medium firm. Matt and Krisztina were easy to communicate with, too :)

Lize’s place was absolutely stunning! The porch views of the lake were unreal and it was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe and right at home. She helped me a lot with local recommendations of the area- like a private beach 5 minutes drive away.

Great house with a fantastic location for visiting Yosemite. Has a well equipped kitchen and laundry with basic supplies. Also has Wi-Fi that worked well. Nice layout for gathering and meals and private bedrooms. Owner instructions for how to get there and get in, as well as advice about where to provision before entering the park were very helpful. I would definitely try to stay there again if visiting Yosemite.

Private Ski, Lake & Golf Chalet! Walk to Lake

ZhongRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had an overall good stay. The house has a modern kitchen with well-equipped amenities, and the dining room is spacious. The beach essentials in the garage were a great bonus, and the in-house Tesla charger was very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to local stores like Safeway, and although Kings Beach isn’t within walking distance—especially with small kids—it’s just a short 5-minute drive. A couple of suggestions for improvement: the sofa had visible stains and wasn’t very clean, so adding a cover would be a great touch. Also, the tub in the master bathroom is quite small—taking a shower there with the curtain drawn feels a bit cramped.

Booked the space chalet for a weekend. Felt right at home, a very calming and relaxing vibe. Ryan was communicative and supportive as this was our first big bear trip. My favorite thing to do was to wake up and drink a cup of coffee right on the balcony and hearing the beautiful surroundings.

The W House was a very nice relaxing home. Jen was an amazing host and always kept in touch. This place has lots of room for a family of 11 to spread out and have their own privacy and was fully stocked. The view and peacefulness was incredible. Hot tub was a huge plus as well as the deck and Blackstone Flat Grill which we used for all of our cooking. Nothing like cooking bacon and eggs outside in the early morning surrounded by redwoods. We went fishing, dirt biking and laid out by the nearby lake. S’mores night around the fire pit was a hit! Main Street Murphys for some wine tasting and ice cream made it for a fun and relaxing time for the whole family. We will definitely be back!

On the lake | 5BR Chalet for 14 | Renovated + A/C

IreneRating, 5 stars17 months ago
We had such a great stay! Quiet neighborhood, clear instructions for everything, super clean, everything was labeled —-just an absolute breeze! This is a nice house for anyone looking for the quiet of the forest. Rita and Nathan give local recs for everything. We went to Murphys for meals and wine tasting and visited the local parks and state park to get some fresh air. Kitchen was so well equipped for all our meals. If you have little ones with you, this place is a godsend. They had toys, pack and play, a crib, childproof cabinets, child proof plugs, childproof furniture—it made our lives a little easier not having to chase after the kid constantly. The fireplace is non-operational and they currently don’t have a washer dryer. Both would have been nice but we were only there a short time. And Rita and Nathan said they’re in the process of renovating so that could change by the time you book. They were honestly the most helpful hosts and so responsive. Wonderful stay!
A spacious living area is furnished with a large sectional sofa and armchair, accented by decorative cushions. Large windows provide breathtaking views of the lake, while a ceiling fan and wooden flooring enhance the inviting space. The area is complemented by a subtle area rug.
