Notre séjour a été très agréable, tout d'abord par un accueil chaleureux de Pascal qui est très sympathique. Le logement était conforme aux photos et à la description. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Dommage que la température extérieure était trop fraîche pour que l'on puisse profiter de la piscine. Merci Pascal de votre accueil et de nous avoir donner de bons conseils pour nos visites. Nous reviendrons certainement vous voir pour un aitre séjour.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property! The peaceful surroundings, waking up to the sound of birds singing each morning was the perfect way to start the day. The flat itself was clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. The views were stunning, every detail was thoughtfully put together to create a relaxing atmosphere. The pool is ideal for young children, while ours were just a bit too old (11&9) for its size, they absolutely loved the Jacuzzi instead. Our hosts, Clément and Laetitia, were fantastic, friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. We were delayed due to a long drive, but they stayed in touch throughout the day and made sure our late arrival went smoothly. The location was ideal for our visit to the Monaco F1, just 35 minutes to the Parking des Salines and then a 15 minute walk to the track. Close enough to enjoy the buzz of the event, but far enough away to escape the chaos and relax. Honestly, we couldn’t fault a thing. We highly recommend this Airbnb

Bij aankomst konden we vaststellen dat het uitzicht inderdaad even fenomenaal was als op de foto’s, zowel in de tuin als in het huis. We hebben erg genoten van het huis en de fantastische tuin in etages, die bovendien perfect is omheind, waardoor we onze 2 hondjes zorgeloos konden loslaten. Jon Gisle en Marie-Laure waren erg behulpzaam en reageerden altijd heel snel, vriendelijk en begripvol. Speciale vermelding ook voor Edcel, die klaar stond met advies om wijnvlekken te verwijderen, na een dom ongelukje 🙏🏼. Ook op zondag schoten Jon Gisle, Marie-Laure en Edcel in actie om een probleempje met de zwembadpomp op te lossen. Wij komen terug 🙂!

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Beautiful house and stay! Highly recommend and would return. Just for awareness, the third bedroom (sofa beds) doesn’t have an AC unit but there is a fan. WiFi works well and given that the house is older there can be some dust but it’s worth it to be in such a beautiful space with great character! Thank you Fox Keys!!!

Le logement est conforme aux photos ainsi qu’à la description, et est parfaitement entretenu ça se voit et se sent dès qu’on y entre.Le cadre est parfait pour être au calme mais assez proche de Nice. L’accueil de Maidin et Nadine à l’arrivée est un gros point positif car ils vous présentent le logement, les consignes à respecter et les activités possibles aux alentours.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay with Jean-Paul, Natalie, and Axelle! No photo or description can do the view justice - it’s incredible. The apartment itself was super clean and tidy and had some helpful amenities you don’t think of when traveling - including washing machine, an electric kettle, and a really great rain shower :) Would absolutely stay again! Just a note that the trains are about 15/20 minutes away by foot, which was a nice little walk for some but might be challenging for others as there are quite a lot of steps! Don’t let that deter you - it is so worth it!! Axelle was super responsive, helpful, and flexible which made it a completely stress free stay!

Stayed for 6 nights and absolutely would return again! Beautiful and well thought out apartment, perfect location, and extremely helpful and responsive host. Close to the town center and also close to Nice and Eze and many other day trip opportunities within only a short drive. The views from the apartment were simply stunning! We would highly recommend staying here for your trip to the south of France. Gated parking also available if you have a car! Can’t recommend it enough!

Susana’s place was incredible! The view and location were perfect! Even being outside with the most beautiful view was amazing. There is a hammock outside over looking the ocean if you just want to relax and inhale the beauty. Very clean and there was coffee for the morning.

Great Location. Right where we needed to be. Very accessible to the beach and Old Town. A great place if you’re up for adventure.

Wir sind insgesamt zwei Wochen an der Côte d’Azur unterwegs und haben dieses Studio als erste Unterkunft gewählt. Im Nachhinein wären wir gern länger geblieben und waren tatsächlich ein wenig traurig unsere “Oase der Ruhe” verlassen zu müssen. Catherine ist sehr freundlich und warmherzig. Sie hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns sogar einen Late Check-Out angeboten. Das Studio ist wirklich niedlich, hier steckt viel Liebe im Detail. Am Morgen wurden wir von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt und die Abende haben wir auf der Terrasse mit einem guten Glas Wein genossen. Für uns Stadtmenschen perfekt zum Relaxen! Die Katze haben wir direkt ins Herz geschlossen… und sie uns wohl auch, zumindest kam sie uns öfters besuchen. Wir empfehlen Catherines Studio sehr gern weiter. Es ist ideal gelegen zwischen Monaco & Nizza und bietet dennoch viel Ruhe. Merci Catherine, dass wir zu Gast sein durften. Wenn wir nochmal in der Region sind, kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Our stay here was wonderful. The apartment is stunning with high ceilings, beautiful furnishings and the most amazing view from its terrace. One thing to mention though is that the second bedroom is quite small. Certainly big enough for two children but a “tight fit” for two adults. The location of the apartment is fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the port with the tram to both the centre of the city and the airport starting and ending there. Vassil is a great host. He answered any questions that we had within minutes and provided some great recommendations of places to eat and drink. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay in Eze, walking distance to Eze, restaurants and shop, new building, modern apartment, clean ,with breathtaking view and super nice host. The access to garage is a bit difficult, need to rent a small car for sure . But definitely 5 stars !

Un très bon séjour chez Emma. Le logement est parfaitement situé, à une minute de la gare et à peine plus de la plage, tout en restant au calme, on n'entend même pas le train. La vue depuis le balcon est un vrai plus, entre mer et collines. Emma a été bienveillante, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. Plus qu'à prier pour que vous ayez une météo parfaite lors de votre séjour!

Appartement très agréable, bien situé, propre et bien aménagé. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin comme équipement. Nous nous y sentions chez nous du fait aussi de la décoration personnelle comme si c'était un lieu véritablement habité par ses occupants et non pas un logement commercial. Un balcon avec une belle vue sur les toits du vieux Nice, ses clochers et la mer le rend plus agréable encore.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Villefranche at Conor’s home. The apartment is conveniently located near a bakery, fruit store, and pharmacy making it easy to gather food for breakfast on the balcony. The nearby bus makes for a quick commute to Nice, while the Villefranche harbor and restaurants are a short walk away.

Rémi est très réactif, très aimable, précis dans ses descriptions, préconisations, et plein d’attentions délicates. Appartement, dans un immeuble surplombant CAP d’AIL centre, très agréable à vivre, très fonctionnel, une terrasse spacieuse et une vue superbe et imprenable sur la Méditerranée !!! Thanks Andrea! This is one of the best AirBnBs we have had. I would give 6 stars if that would be possible. We had everything we ever needed. The location is nice. We could charge our EV for free which was nice. Andrea provided us with some welcome treats. Met us and explained everything. The place was stocked up with everything you ever need and more. Beware of only one thing, if you want to walk to Monaco, the streets are not the best since there are not much sidewalk for first few minutes. But you can always take the bus, the stop is right beside apartment. Thanks you so much! Would definitely stay again here!

Book without hesitation! This place is great. A wonderful location walkable to every part of the city. The appartment is clean and spacious. Pierre is super nice and greeted us. He is not an absent host, but you can tell put a lot of thought into little touches around the apartment. He had some drinks and candy for us as well as all the amenities you need. We would book again!
