Vacation rentals with a patio in La Trinité

Bertrand was an amazing host who communicated with me throughout the trip. The apartment was spectacular and we fell in love as soon as we saw it. The location is great and walkable to everywhere. This apartment was perfect for our group of 8 and our 5 night stay in Nice. I highly recommend this place for Nice.

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We stayed at Edi’s for a week in June and I could not recommend it more. The most accommodating and responsive host, beautiful apartment perfectly located. We will be back!

Wonderful clean and newly renovated apartment with many thoughtful touches. A joy to stay here. Walking distance to the Promenade D’Anglais, the beaches. The old town , the bike store and more. Jens’ flat is the perfect place for two couples visiting Nice. Decorated in a stylish nouveau chic motif, it features two comfortable king-sized beds and a small balcony with a charming peek-a-view of the Mediterranean—you can watch boats and yachts drift by in the distance. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The flat is impeccably clean and comes well-equipped with quality bath and beach towels, along with a sufficiently stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Hanna Hess (Property Management) and her team were professional and incredibly helpful with communication. The check-in process was the most informative and thorough I’ve ever experienced—thank you, Nonna!

What a great stay! We loved our stay in Fabio’s place. The views were lovely. The host, Gariella was great. We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It was fabulous and had everything we needed, especially when the weather was rainy, we were very happy staying at home!

A five star apartment from a five star host. Cannot say enough good things about both this apartment and our wonderful host Nico. Nico was the perfect host friendly, attentive and very helpful. The apartment is to a very high standard. It’s in a great location, 10 minutes from the old town and promenade des Anglais. Plenty excellent bars, shops and restaurants next to the apartment. Walking distance to Nice train station. The sun deck was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day with our complimentary bottle of wine. A very nice touch! Highly recommend

In a word: « sensational » . Viveka went out of her way to accommodate our needs for check-in. We were impressed with the layout of the apartment, it’s location and its amenities. It was refreshing to have a very well equipped kitchen, with many ‘basics which meant we didn’t have to rush out and buy things the minute we got there. The terrace was a treat, overlooking the harbour. Villefranche itself is a gem, so our stay was perfect in every respect. Thank you Viveka! Hope to see you again. Edith

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

⸻ We had a great stay! The host was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, which we really appreciated—especially since we were traveling from the U.S. to France. It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. The views of the ocean from the home were beautiful and made the experience even more special. We would happily stay again. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable visit!

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

We spent 4 nights at Matteo's, It was his dad Bruno who welcomed us. Very friendly, they recommended several restaurants including that of his sister and niece which is located in Rocchetta, you can go there without so much as a second thought, you are very well hosted and you eat very well! The accommodation is very beautiful and its terrace is very nice. We had a great time, Thank you!!

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

My family and I stayed at this airbnb for about 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. There are gorgeous views from every room and plenty of space for a full family or group. Jesper was super responsive and helpful. It was very easy to get to the different little towns in the surrounding area and we would book here again in a heartbeat. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and would highly recommend booking here!

A lovely stay! A large apartment with a beautiful garden. 25 minute walk to a lovely beach and restaurants.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Very good stay in a very quiet environment with a beautiful terrace. Very well-equipped accommodation and friendly host. We would happily stay again if we have a chance.

The apartment is perfect , it is comfortable , well equipped which allows you to have a great stay! Location is ideal if you want to visit the coast! Good restaurants next door. Mélanie and James are amazing hosts...very responsive and attentive , we had a great dialogue with them!! If you want to have a great time on the coast , this is the place!!!

We had a lovely stay at Serena's apartment. Very well maintained, very functional, very well equipped, and very conveniently located. Serena was also very available. We would highly recommend her apartment.

It was a great place to stay for a vacation. As described, the surrounding environment had a beach right in front and restaurants with good ratings. The accommodation was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy my trip so comfortably.
