Vacation rentals with beach access in La Trinité

So happy I stumbled upon Philippe’s place! I was in town for a work trip and came a week early to relax — and this spot was perfect for that. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just outside the city center, it offered a peaceful escape from tourist crowds. Mont Boron was practically in the backyard, beaches were just a short stroll away, and there was a nearby supermarket that had everything I needed for my stay. The view from the balcony made for stunning morning coffees and breathtaking evening sunsets. It’s in an ideal location — a quick commute into downtown, with easy access to the coastal towns to the east. The bus system is convenient and close by, but I ended up renting a scooter to explore at my own pace, which gave me a real sense of freedom. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The apartment was spotless and perfectly sized for one or two people. And Philippe was an absolute delight — one of the best and most helpful hosts I’ve ever had!

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

We were so pleased to stay at Martine’s apartment in the charming town of Villefranche-Sur-Mer! It was exceptionally comfortable and a perfect location within the town as well as on the Côte d’Azur. The apartment had everything we needed and having had spectacular weather, we were able to enjoy the wonderful view while sitting on the balcony! It was very easy to get around the town as well as explore nearby towns via train or bus. Thank you again to Martine and Doumé for their gracious hospitality and we look forward to returning in the near future.

We stayed here for 1 week, and it was amazing. Super quiet and peaceful, yet within a 10-15 minute walk to a beach and town. Veronique and George went above and beyond. When we were leaving and our Uber didn't show up, George volunteered to drive us out of town! It was a wonderful experience all the way around. Thanks Véronique & George for making our stay memorable! :)

Our stay here was wonderful. The apartment is stunning with high ceilings, beautiful furnishings and the most amazing view from its terrace. One thing to mention though is that the second bedroom is quite small. Certainly big enough for two children but a “tight fit” for two adults. The location of the apartment is fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the port with the tram to both the centre of the city and the airport starting and ending there. Vassil is a great host. He answered any questions that we had within minutes and provided some great recommendations of places to eat and drink. Highly recommended.

Therese’s flat was perfect for our romantic getaway in Nice. The location in the middle of old town was ideal. The apartment was spacious, stylish and well kept. The day bed was lovely for siestas and its kitchen was complete with everything we needed on days where we decided to eat in. Therese was easy to communicate with and even went out of her way to make sure a local train worker strike wouldn’t impact our departure.

We had a lovely 2 night stay in this apartment. The home looked just like the photos, had a fantastic view, and a wonderful location in the old quarter. The beds were comfortable and the home was well furnished. Some small things to be aware of. Checking in was a little confusing because when you follow the address to the home, google maps will take you to a big white gate but its hard to see any address / there is no signage. Also, if you are driving there are 4 parking spaces right next to the apartment but they are only for plug-in/electric vehicles so you'll need to use the parking garage in Promenade Des Artes which was a 5 min walk away (very easy). The home does have AC but its only in the central room, so you'll need to use the fans at night when it's hot. Also, the bell tower (in the photos) does ring bells in the morning so don't be surprised by a 6 am wake-up call if you have the windows open. :) We had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay again. Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay at Teddy and Aurelie‘s house. It is conveniently close to Vence and easily accessible by car. Teddy was flexible with our arrival slightly later than foreseen and wecomed us showing us around the flat. The place had all the amenities you could wish for, especially if you want to prepare your own food. We loved the decoration which made it both cosy and fun to explore. We will keep our eye on the place for future travel to the region.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Better than the pictures!! Nathalie was a fabulous host and even met us when we checked in. Very personal, very helpful! Perfect location to walk everywhere.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Very nice apartment as described: The bike storage room is a plus. Very quiet village but well located 5 minutes from L'Escarene.

We stayed in Vassil's apartment for a month and enjoyed every day. Could easily have stayed longer. The view is almost better than the pictures. It was spotless clean and had almost all the amenities we wanted. Vassil is an excellent host and responded very quickly to our questions. The location is perfect in a quiet, gated community with easy and safe parking on the street. 5 minutes walk to a bakery. 10-15 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. Bus to the city, Villefranche and Menton right outside the north gate. Bus 98 to Old Nice right outside the south gate. Get the Côte d’Azur ticket app on the phone. Very smart! Be aware that the bathroom is en suite with one of the bedrooms. It worked fine for us (a couple). Could also be OK for a couple with one or two smaller kids. For two couples it may be a bit awkward. We give the apartment nothing but our best recommendations.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

Very nice place with a big balcony with a view, comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly hostess, good instructions and restaurant tips. Clean and tidy apartment. Highly recommended!
