The villa is located in the beautiful Eze sur mer, set in a beautiful garden, the space is an apartment within the villa. its located 2 minutes from bus , train station and beach. Surrounded by dramatic scenery of the mountains with the view on the Eze village on the cliff above. the apartment is comprised of a spacious bedroom en-suite. it has a kitchen and a sitting room. its on the ground floor of the Vila, with direct access to the pool. There are another two units also on Airbnb.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we prioritize comfort, provide quality hospitality, and are constantly working to improve what we offer. The outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (dishes, washing machine, sheets, etc.).

EZE beachfront house

This 160 m2 house, located in Eze by the sea, between Nice and Monaco, 100 m from the beach in a park planted with pine trees, enjoys an exceptional setting and a breathtaking view. Guests will enjoy a terrace, garden and swimming pool facing the sea. The house consists of a very large living room with open kitchen. The upstairs has a master suite with sea view terrace and 2 more bedrooms. Two parking lots are at your disposal. The train and bus stops are a 5-minute walk away

Studio ideally located on the prestigious Promenade des Anglais, with a terrasse offering a side sea-view, and access to its unique roof-top swimming pool, just steps from the beach. This bright studio features a queen size bed, 160cmX200cm.( 63''x 79''), sleeps two, and is on a third floor with elevator. A Club House with its own sea-front terrasse on the 7th floor, boasting panoramic sea-view, is open to all residents. This Nice studio location does not get any better.
