Margarita is a great person, very flexible despite my frequent changes of opinion has always been open and hassle-free❤️ The apartment is quiet very friendly neighbors. I stayed at Margarita's place for almost 3 months and everything was great :) Beautiful neighborhood, close to the beach, shops about 700 meters away. We liked staying in the apartment. Everything corresponds to the photo, bright apartment, new renovation, excellent balcony with sea view. It's 5 minutes walk to the sea. I can also recommend housing for long-term stays.

The place is lovely. Newly built building with top quality finishes. The beach is two minutes walk away. It's super nice and comfortable and the best thing is that it's all new. The building has a swimming pool, common areas, parking... it was definitely fantastic
