Amazing beach front apartment

What an absolute gem of a place ! My friend and I are seasoned travellers and are accustomed to quality standards when it comes to accommodation. Harsh’s place exceeded our expectations from the offset. The communication was fantastic by both hosts, covering not only the accommodation but the local area too. The accommodation is welcoming/ spotless and has all the amenities and facilities you require with ample space. The balcony is spacious and being at a top level has great views of the pool and the beach/sea. The lift is ideal for elders or those with young children. Most of all the place felt safe and secure. The idyllic beach is 2 minutes away. and within another 5 minutes you hit the promenade where there are multiple shops / coffee shops / bars / restaurants with a wide variety or choice to suit everyone’s needs. A further 10 minutes and you are at a quaint marina. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends, families or even couples looking for an enjoyable retreat.

Maria Belen was absolutely kind. We were greeted by Maria Belen who explained everything to us to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. The accommodation was as described, perfect for our family, very comfortable, extremely clean and perfectly located. We recommend Maria Belen for her generosity, kindness, and smile. We'll be back to take advantage of the perfect location of her apartment.

Excellent location in perhaps one of the best developments in Alcocéber. In front of Playa del Moro. Bus stop at the door, small supermarket next door, very large and very quiet development. A good pool and a huge green area. The apartment is good, clean, large and with everything you need.

Very friendly and sweet hosts Inma and Jordi. Short contact lines. We were 6 adults and 4 children with our family. The villa was very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. Including 3 bathrooms and various chill and play areas. Greatly enjoyed the pool the garden and the beach. Boulevard, village Benicarló and Peniscola easily accessible on foot. Lots of sights and entertainment in the vicinity. Public transportation at the doorstep as well as plenty of catering amenities. Close to the airport 30 minutes. In short, ideal holiday for a large family. Space and entertainment. Repeatable.

Lucia's apartment is great. All very new and very clean. There was everything you need to spend a great few days. The area is very quiet but with the fiber connection whenever you need it you can be connected. In addition, Lucia has always been careful to inform everything with sufficient time. It is a very recommended place to disconnect and be quiet, especially by the pool, in which it is very comfortable and very fresh. If we can we wouldn't hesitate to repeat it.

An impressive duplex in Las Fuentes

We had a great time, the area is super quiet, near the accommodation there are a lot of restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, the beach of the fountains and some beautiful routes around the lighthouse area. The house is perfect, it has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at your own home, it is newly renovated and everything is brand new. One small drawback is that sometimes, and especially when it rained, the pipes in the downstairs bathroom smelled bad. Despite this, we loved our stay and would definitely repeat it, we recommend staying at Scot's house.

The house is ideal for going with friends , all kinds of services, swimming pool, barbecue, gel and shampoo in the bathroom, spacious table in the garden to be able to have breakfast watching the mountain and the sea in the background...and above all Ana's treatment, very flexible with the schedules that made it easy to enjoy the destination a little more. We'll be back. 👍

The apartment perfectly matches the description. Polite and healthy neighbors, in 15 days I have not heard anyone arguing, nor any noise at night. Very close to the beach. The pool is not crowded. Individual garage with enclosure. No one will damage your car and it will be protected. Quiet area very close to restaurants, we ate at: Las Olas and La Fontana, inexpensive and good quality. There is a Mercadona a few minutes away by car. The bus stop is almost next to the gate, highly recommended to go to the castle: €1.47/person. The beach is in good condition, and has a lifeguard. Aitziber is always attentive. Thank you! Totally recommended, we will definitely be back.😜
