We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

We had a wonderful stay in this super cozy and perfect home in Kramsach for our 4-day vacation. The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and truly had everything we needed! Jwala prepared everything for our stay with a kid and a baby, which made our trip even more comfortable and stress-free. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. My husband and I stayed for less than 2 weeks in July and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The hosts are very friendly and gave us the key upon arrival and showed and explained everything (e.g. TV, garbage separation,...). The apartment is large and cozy, clean and very well appointed. There were plenty of dishes and cutlery (not in many accommodations), a large fridge and even a dishwasher. The Italian coffee machine was also great, the capsules for it were also provided by the landlord. Two good restaurants are within walking distance (each 10 min away), everything else is very accessible by car in a short time. Shopping facilities such as Hofer and Spar (the spar in the neighboring village is even open on Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm). We spent the holidays versatile, were hiking, swimming (in the village of Stumm there is a great outdoor swimming pool), golfing (including a great place in Pertisau), on a city tour,...

Monika's place was very nice. Super clean, nice beds and the playground (free) and the pool for a small payment (shared with the hotel next door) was a huge extra for our children. The only thing we missed was a washing machine (with small children very convenient), but we were also able to arrange that for a fee with the hotel next door. In short, had a very nice stay!

This was a fantastic place for my family of 5 to stay- plenty of space, and despite the spring skiing conditions there was still the ability to ski to the gondola base and ski home at the end of the day. We also really enjoyed the opportunity to sit outside and would have loved to have known to bring a hammock for the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings! Very comfortable beds too! We had a really lovely stay at Heinz's place. The place was nice, clean and cozy. We were well received, and Heinz was helpful and quick to communicate with. We give Heinz our best recommendation.

A super great apartment for 2 families with children. We were received very kindly by Jakob on arrival. The decor is very good and with good snow you have the ski lift right outside. Highly recommended also the restaurant above.

Haus Kogler is picturesquely located on the slope of the Little Salve. The ski lift (Salvistabahn) is about 10 min walk from the property. It is a good idea to store skis, snowboard and shoes in Intersport directly under the Salvista railway in a lockbox, so you can relax the footpath. Jill and her husband are very friendly, casual and have good recommendations for the area ready. House Kogler can accommodate up to 5 people; for three people or a small family it is perfect. Nearby are good restaurants (Gasthaus Rössel, Auf da Mühle, schoolhouse) as well as opportunities for spa (Franzlhof). Thank you for your hospitality!

Katharina was a caring and thoughtful host of our well-being. The cottage is maintained with care - it is very nice to stay there. The bedding is comfortable and Katharina takes care to make the beds every morning! The view of the sunset from the location is a plus - including from the windows of apartment 3 we had. All the kitchen equipment is provided, we also thought we had a washing machine but it is an external service to the room offered by the host. The cottage is a 15 min walk from the city entrance - 25 min from the Spar. Beautiful hikes accessible from the rental. To conclude, we'll be back with pleasure!

Great place for 4 of us ski in ski out which is limited in the area . Place was clean and with everything required for a stay at an affordable price

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

We had a lovely stay at Tanya's place. It was very modern, clean and very cozy. We can recommend the apartment without exception.

Cornelia was a very pleasant host, who also took our individual needs into account. The location of the accommodation to the Fleckalmbahn was unbeatable.

Very nice apartment , excellent value for money. Good place for kids directly on the slope.

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is very modern, there is enough space and there is everything you need :) The hosts are super nice and easy to reach. The ski bus stops right in front of the farm and the gondola station is not far away, so perfect location for skiing. There is also a bakery, a village shop and fresh eggs, yogurt and milk directly from the farm. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back :)
