A wonderful spacious, sophisticated house, which is cozy and tastefully furnished. We were ten adults with a dog and had a great Easter weekend. Everything was to the best satisfaction. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable as a family. Supermarkets, restaurants and the ski resort were easily accessible. I'd love to come back.

The cozy and very well-equipped apartment is highly recommended. Particularly noteworthy is the central location for city and mountain excursions, the parking space in the underground garage and the spacious balcony with mountain views. The hostess Beatrix is very accommodating, proactive and in our case also very flexible with check-in/check-out. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Marlies' place! The house is modern, high-quality furnished and lies in a beautiful, peaceful environment. We particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with lots of wood, the large window fronts with views of the countryside and the well thought-out furnishings – including a Cremesso capsule machine that makes the morning coffee perfect. Check-in via the key box was straightforward, and communication with Marlies was smooth and very friendly. Everything was spotless, the beds comfortable, and there was nothing missing. The place is ideally located – quiet yet close to Fügen and other excursion destinations in the Zillertal. Parking is available right in front of the house. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend this place. Thank you, Marlies, for the great hospitality!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Valentina’s beautiful bio farm. It was the perfect place for a peaceful escape, and we really enjoyed every moment as a small family. My wife, baby girl, and I felt right at home – the setting was serene, the surroundings were stunning, and everything was thoughtfully prepared. As a young group of friends, we were looking for a suitable accommodation for our ski vacation and came across Hubert's place. The apartment is beautiful, has all the amenities you need and is located in a quiet environment. Hubert is very friendly and accommodating and explained everything important to us at check-in and also gave a few recommendations. We can definitely recommend both the place and the host. We really enjoyed our stay in Niederndorf. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed and the communication with the hosts was excellent.

Cornelia was a very pleasant host, who also took our individual needs into account. The location of the accommodation to the Fleckalmbahn was unbeatable.

Can't find a fault. Host was really helpful and helped book taxis. She even offered to take us to the wedding we were attending when the taxi was late. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom was very clean and had everything you needed!

Great place for 4 of us ski in ski out which is limited in the area . Place was clean and with everything required for a stay at an affordable price

I stayed here w my family (3 young kids) and it was perfect for us. The location was super convenient, with trains and buses to get to nearby mountains (and w one within walking distance). It was also quiet and comfortable. I loved having the bakery below and sending the kids down to get cinnamon rolls and my morning cappuccino. Would definitely go back to the alps to ski and stay in the same spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described and even more than that – clean, comfortable, and very well located. Marlies was so kind, friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and BEAUTIFUL. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and we’d be happy to stay here again in the future!

Super location, just off the slopes. A red small slope leads to the elevator in Ellmau. A ski bus stops at the property. Within walking distance you can reach the HexBar for the Apres Ski Day. The apartment is very comfortably furnished.
