We enjoyed our stay so much. The surroundings view from the house was fantastic. The amenities also were great and Marlies was responsive and friendly (we met her while walking around the neighbourhood).

The apartment is located in the city center of Kufstein and has a parking space for the CAR in the underground car park. These two criteria are great...everything within walking distance, no annoying search for parking. The parking space is small. With a large car, it takes quiet action. There is an elevator in the house, but the 2nd floor can be easily reached by foot. From each room you can access the balcony, from which you have an amazing view of the mountains. Beds are very comfortable. They are 2 single beds that are put together to form a double. The kitchen offers everything you need...enough pans and pots, dishes, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Rinses, dish soap...all available. The bathroom is large and spacious. The bathtub is used for showering. Furthermore, there is another sleeping option in the study. So also suitable for working from home. My husband and I felt very comfortable and secretly.

The place is great. 3 bathrooms, enough space for 7-8 people, well equipped kitchen. Very good public transport infrastructure. Cross country skies in Pertisau, as well as great downhills skiing resorts nearby. We loved everything! Karien was very responsive and helpful to answer all our questions and she provided really good advices and recommendations on what to visit, where to go for all our family. Really loved this place!

An absolutely magical place! The farm is perfect for anyone looking for a break from everyday life. The view directly behind the house of the Wilder Kaiser is simply magnificent – pure nature! The apartment itself is cozy, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail, you immediately feel welcome. Particularly beautiful: the many animals – horses, cows and cats make country life here really tangible. The icing on the cake: There is an indoor riding arena on the premises and we were able to spontaneously arrange riding lessons for our daughter – an unforgettable experience. Thanks to the two competent riding instructors Pia and Ronny. A heartfelt thanks also to Sarah and Valentina for the friendly care and the loving atmosphere – we will definitely come back!

The apartment was lovely and really clean. We all felt right at home. The furnishings of the apartment are also remarkable, from games, shower gel to separate blankets, everything was there.
