Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kozhikode

Just had to take a moment to appreciate the beautiful architecture here—Abhirami has done an amazing job! I’m a huge fan of natural light and open spaces, and this place was honestly a dream. Loved the peaceful vibe and the privacy. It’s a great spot to hang out with family, friends, or just your partner. Since it’s a co-living space, it’s good to be mindful of others around. Also, a special shoutout to the sweetest co-host, Anjana! She was so warm and welcoming, really made us feel at home. Thanks so much, guys. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to relax and take it slow. P.S. – Not a party spot, so if loud music and late nights are your thing, this might not be the right fit.

I stayed at this month June. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. My host, Jibu, was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the personalized touches throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Calicut city. Mr and Mrs Subramanian are such down to earth ppl. House well maintained, loved the balcony. Would recommend for family of 2 or single women. Would recommend to have the entrance to room outside the house as owners will have their own privacy. And in future if food is provided will be an added advantage. To reach the place search for SBI executive guest house, from there hardly 1 minute to reach the house. FYI. Rest is peace and all good.

Absolutely amazing place, with the tea fields right next door. Ronald was an amazing host and super helpful. There was always great food either cooked by the host family directly or from local restaurants and as much tea as one would like. Furthermore Ronald helped me organize day trips and a taxi to my next location, which both worked seamlessly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The stay was wonderful, no words can describe the love shown by the Jilshoy's family they were so sweet. They took care of us like their own family. They were so flexible to our adjustments. There were two big rooms and a hall, kitchen with two bathrooms. The place is well situated just besides of Kozhikode-kannur Highway and the banks of the River(where we can take a relaxing morning walks) and beaches are near by. Will be experiencing the authentic peaceful Kerala house stay. I can confidently say this is one of the top stays with affordable price in Kozhikode. Jilshoy's family cooks yummy authentic home made healthy Kerala food. Their payasam and fish curries are must try. Overall the experience is so great that next time whenever I visit Kozhikode, Ocen Pearl - Jilshoy's Is the go to place for me to stay.
