Vacation rentals in Kozhikode

The place was excellent, the view was second to none! Requesting Feroz to fry up some massive prawn and seafood was one of our highlights….highly recommend staying at the Outrigger!!!

I would recommend it to people looking for a great peaceful time with family. They have different varieties of trees all around.

The place is very beautiful and homely. The house is surrounded by nature and a river flows just behind the home with direct access to the river from the house. The house is spacious and has all listed amenities. The house outside have lods of area with trees where kids can play and relax. The neighbours are very friendly. Grocery shops are also available near by the house. The only thing we missed is a TV. Water heater is available in the second floor, It would have been helpful if a watewater heater was available in the ground floor. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions to reach the place.

The location was convenient, the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

We were greeted by the host's representative on arrival. The place was clean and tidy. We were able to prepare break fast every morning. All utensils were provided. There is a mini mart on the ground floor where all groceries, vegetables and milk is available. Also there is a Cafe on the same floor. Hilite mall is located in walking distance from the apartment. The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise pollution from the road works. Thanks to Ravab for hosting us.

Stayed with family, felt safe, Good location, walkable to beach, responsive host and house was really good and clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Jellyfish! We travelled in a group of 3 couples, so we had all three rooms on the top floor of the guest house, which was clean, spacious and had AC in the bedrooms. Breakfast was always delicious! The location is by a beautiful part of the river where you can spot majestic birds and try various water sports. We tried the complementary kayaking tour, which was adapted to our experience level, and were very satisfied. The staff of Jellyfish are very friendly and helpful, and for a very reasonable extra fee they organised lunch and dinner for our group when needed (if you want to venture into Kozikhode/Calicut, it's a bit too far to walk easily but the staff can help arrange a transport). Overall, great service and value for money, warmly recommended! ☺️ Some things to know though: 1) They don't sell bottled water at the site as their intention is to reduce plastic use. 2) Extra meals are possible but the staff need 3h notice to arrange it.

We just wrapped up a lovely stay here. The house is exactly as pictured. Beautifully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms and living areas with comfy beds and fully functioning (as in hot water and good pressure) bathrooms. The caretaker Sanjo was extremely obliging with what we we needed. The weather was warmer than we would have liked so we didn’t go out as much as we would have liked, but with Netflix and games we stayed busy. Breakfast is catered don a local restaurant and for the other meals we did a bit of cooking in the nicely laid out kitchen. The manager Justin also kept in touch with us throughout the stay to make sure we had what we needed. Hope to be back in cooler temps.
