It was a short stay, we checkin late night. No much to comment but the whole process was hassle free.

I spent an evening at this wonderful apartment with a bunch of my friends. Well maintained apartment with aesthetic and tasteful interiors. Good privacy and view from the top! Would highly recommend (5/5) 😀 Just make sure to communicate your check-in time well in advance because the owner lives a bit far away.

The stay was wonderful, no words can describe the love shown by the Jilshoy's family they were so sweet. They took care of us like their own family. They were so flexible to our adjustments. There were two big rooms and a hall, kitchen with two bathrooms. The place is well situated just besides of Kozhikode-kannur Highway and the banks of the River(where we can take a relaxing morning walks) and beaches are near by. Will be experiencing the authentic peaceful Kerala house stay. I can confidently say this is one of the top stays with affordable price in Kozhikode. Jilshoy's family cooks yummy authentic home made healthy Kerala food. Their payasam and fish curries are must try. Overall the experience is so great that next time whenever I visit Kozhikode, Ocen Pearl - Jilshoy's Is the go to place for me to stay. A great place at the centre of Wayanad. Easily accessible from all sides. It would be great if you have your vehicle easy to roam around and reach where you want. I had my own vehicle so it was the easiest. Vinodh the manager is the best. Soft spoken and always ready to help any time of the day or night. Ready with solutions and answers, you can have a comfortable stay the place is located centrally so easy for people with own vehicles. Thanks Biju and Vineeth for the memorable stay

The apartment is a true gem! Feels like home away from home. Came with my family and had a wonderful stay waking up to stunning mountain views. The kids enjoyed playing the games and in the pool. The property is clean and well maintained. Convenient self checkin and ample parking space. The property is really safe and hence would recommend for families. The host Sabeesh was also very helpful throughout our stay. Near to many tourist spots. Overall amazing!

We had an amazing time staying at Nikhil's place. It had quiet and peaceful surroundings, full of nature all around. The rooms were quite spacious and well equipped, with several extra mattresses provided as well along with television with home theatre. There was immense space outside the house as well for relaxing in nature or bonfire etc. Nikhil was an amazing host. He always helped us whenever we had any issues/queries regarding our trip. He even designed an itinerary for us. Highly recommended!

This place is really great to stay, the property is very lush and beautiful. The host Sajan is really accommodating and always available. Extra bedding is provided if necessary. The location of the place is amazing , it’s in the centre from all the must watch tourist attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Whether you go with family or friends the place is extremely comfortable to stay.
