Vacation rentals with a patio in Kern River

We had good stay at Daisy’s place! The house is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything, the host is very responsive and helpful. We will stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great little place, cool Ac, clean easy living, was able to cook with everything needed to do so, water was nice and hot. Beds were comfortable, close to everything. Great parking.

I love love love this space. It's beautiful, great use of space with everything you need for a short or extended stay. Mary is awesome and very helpful, everything you want in a host. Comfy bed, great shower, fluffy towels. A++

Have stayed here before and the place is nice and quiet and close to the downtown area with lots to do. The place is always clean and it has a nice ambient neighborhood.

If in town for work or vacation highly recommend this property for any needs. The property is beautiful & cozy. Good & safe neighborhood. Jacob was very helpful & responsive for any questions I had. Definitely a 5 star property.

Great home with everything you need. Super close to town. The only thing is that the neighbors clearly dont like Airbnb. They have picket signs up protesting short-term rentals which doesnt make you feel very comfortable. Doesnt affect the house at all.

I can't say enough nice things about this house and Mark. The house was in a very convenient location, literally a few minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. Check-in was super easy, and the house looks just like the pictures. Everything was very clean. I've stayed in several AirBNB properties over the years, and Mark was by far the best at communication. He was very easy to get ahold of and always let us know pertinent information like when the pool people were coming. I would absolutely stay again if I'm ever back in Cali!

The location is a nice quiet family neighborhood and in proximity to downtown and grocery stores. Great place to stay and be able to visit National Parks. It's very comfortable and clean with plenty of linens and towels. It has a nice small yard for pets that's closed off which makes it worry free.

We have been planning on seeing the Sequoia tree for some time and Tim’s place was the perfect base camp. Lots of space, very clean, and the photos of the views from the balcony don’t do the real view justice, it’s simply breathtaking. We throughly enjoyed our time and hope to book a return trip, and enjoy another morning coffee on that balcony. Advice: cell coverage is limited, and on Tim’s recommendation we downloaded the offline maps from Apple for the local area and we never got lost. I would advise you do the same 😁
