Just seeing the wide smile & "ohh-ahh" from my parents who are visiting from a city country, they couldn't believe their eyes seeing real oranges on the trees!! Great place for our stay to visit the national parks. Spent so much time at the parks we didn’t get to chill in this great house as much as we would have liked.

Staying at Kermit's was like staying at my old grandparents' home. It was cozy, welcoming, homey, and it had absolutely everything we needed to cook great meals, spend time together, and have a blast doing so. The kitchen was well stocked, the grill was prepared and ready to go, the lights on the patio at night were wonderful, and the backyard had plenty for us to do. I have spent more money on Airbnbs for less than our stay at Kermit's, and I am happy to say that I would gladly spend a trip at Kermit's again!

Wow! What a great place! The indoor pool was the best. It was so hot outside so being able to swim without sun and UV exposure was absolutely amazing. I have already recommended this place to friends for future adventures. ❤️

Five stars for sure! This house is a perfect location for access to grand Sequoia national Park and Kings Canyon national Park. The roads going to those two parks are pretty windy, so bring Dramamine for the kiddos if they need it :-) The home was perfectly appointed, lots of wildlife to see!

This Airbnb was truly a dream! We felt right away how much this host cares about their guests. Everything was so completely thought out. It just felt so abundant! There is a little patch of astroturf in a private little area where I was able to get sun every morning which is my favorite way to start my day. The house was immaculate. Kudos to the housekeeping and the creative way all the towels were folded. I felt like I was in a 5 star resort. It was so peaceful. We really only heard the sounds of nature. We loved the wide open space of the living room and dining. It’s only a 5 minute drive to the cute little town with restaurants and shops as well as a sweet little park and of course the Kern River. Our host responded immediately with any questions and seemed delighted to help. This will surely be my go to spot when I’m in the area. Thank you Lianna. You truly are a Superhost!

Absolutely fabulous GEM! Mike and Diana clearly love this place and take care of it as their home. All the rooms and bathrooms are sweetly designed and perfectly appointed for guests' comfort and enjoyment. The clean and modern kitchen has everything I needed for cooking and baking. Cleaning supplies are well stocked and all the other consumables for the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms are generously supplied. The property is expansive, quiet, and private. If you like, it's easy to leave the fence line and wander the BLM land. And if you don't want to wander far, it's easy to find your own quiet retreat spot right on the property. Treasure this place! Beautiful home and beautiful views. Kids loved the game room but most of all the patio area. Large area prefect for gathering and hanging out. Jacuzzi was great on the patio with an amazing view. We loved sitting in the jacuzzi and watching the sunset. Dena was also amazing!!! So grateful for her. After a very long day at Kings Canyon National Park and being so tired we arrived back at the house at 9pm and due to my user error on my end I couldn't get my door code to work. I called Dena and she answered right away and was able to slow me down and get us in without any delays.

Kirstin’s home was the perfect place for us and our family to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunny weather! The house was nice and cool when we needed to escape the heat. We all enjoyed playing a game of pool. Everything was clean, the house, pool and back patio were absolutely beautiful. We were so busy, we told ourselves we need to come up again and take advantage of the bbq and relax in the backyard at night. The sounds of the waterfall in the pool, the bugs, and the frogs were so peaceful. Thank you again for being an amazing host! And being so quick to respond!

Wonderful home that was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed and wanted to make lifelong memories. The only regret was wishing we had more time! We were not even down the road when the kids were asking when we could return.

Paul’s place was perfect for my groups weekend getaway on the kern! Highlights consisted of the many games he offers from pool table, darts, ping pong, to games such as cards, bochie ball, and catch phrase! We really enjoyed using the hot tub while gazing at the mountains. His place really had everything we needed and more. It was in the heart of kernville making it walking distance to the river, local brewery, rafting companies, and the town’s stores. This is a place i always look forward to staying and i sure hope to stay here again in the future. Beautiful property that made our stay magical. Thanks again!

Really enjoyed our stay! This is our second time staying in the home and we truly enjoy how close it is to restaurants and shops. The best part is that you can hear the river as soon as you step out the front door. Literally reach the river in a couple of steps, and deer even roam the street. Travis and Trishia provided clear chech-in and check- out instructions, sent messages making sure we were doing well after our first night, and gave me recommendations for a great river spot when I asked. The home is clean, kitchen has everything you need, backyard is great for relaxing by the fire pit and enjoying some smores. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved our stay in the Aframe house. It was more than we expected. Beautiful views & perfect place to stay for sequoia national park. The only thing I regret is not staying longer! Highly recommend

We visit Kernville one to two times a a year. This was my favorite place so far out of the places my family and I have stayed. We have a family of 5 (3 kids) and they absolutely had a blast, plenty of games and activities for them to do at the house including swimming. We also had some friends and family visit us and the place was great for entertaining guests. I highly recommend staying here the host is very responsive and friendly. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!
