This is a lovely place to stay. Very quiet. It has been so well converted into accommodation.The views are terrific. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen facilities are good. Everything you need all in all. Thanks Alison for the breakfast supplies. We hope to stay again . Janice

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place, the annex is very private and in a quiet location but easily accessible. Sarah was very responsive when messaged, and her check in instructions clear and concise. The annex was clean, warm (we stayed in January) and well equipped. It was in a perfect location being approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of Brighton and 10 minutes to the beach front.

Anthony was such a welcoming and generous host. The Cartbarn is a delightful - very well designed, immaculate and in the most beautiful and tranquil setting. Having a delicious, cooked-to-order breakfast delivered to the door each morning by Anthony was the icing on the cake!

The accommodation was wonderful and very comfortable. Excellent quality bedding, towels and furniture. We (pregnant lady, husband and elderly mother) instantly felt relaxed and enjoyed our stay very much. There were thoughtful touches throughout like good quality toiletries, (organic!) milk, tea and biscuits, etc. The terrace and garden were also a real treat. Care, generosity and attention to detail was evident. One of the best places we stayed during our three week trip in the UK. Claire gave clear instructions and was very responsive. Thank you, Claire! We look forward to returning one day.

Me and my partner had a wonderful mid-week retreat at Tracy’s Annex! Welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, the place was just lovely. We had access to the hot tub and the heated pool which was just amazing! It felt totally private, we were never disturbed but always just a message away if we needed anything- Tracy has some fab recommendations and knows the area so well. The walks around are beautiful and the wildlife we saw was brilliant! There’s so much I could say but my real highlight was Tracy’s 2 golden labs, they’ll come and say hello when out in the garden and they are such love bugs! Totally made my day as a dog lover! Would stay again and would recommend to others. X

Just had a wonderful, peaceful stay at The Barn. The Barn was bigger than we expected and we were very comfortable with 2 sofas and an 8 seater dining table. I loved being able to sit at the kitchen bar and watch my partner cook for us! I also really loved being able to sit in the garden and at the huge patio window watching the birds. The lighting was fully adjustable so perfect to meet everyone's needs. The shower was ample and option of different types of water power so perfect for both myself and my partner. Communication and information was perfect with instructions in writing and pictures! Very well appointed and we didn't need to ask for anything as it was all provided or thought of! Very impressive. Thank you so much for an easy, relaxing stay. Just wonderful.

A home from home - ideal for either a short or long stay. Exceptionally well equipped, with everything you might need. Very clean and comfortable, in a delightful and secure and private setting. Rebecca was very welcoming and on hand if we needed anything. The best Airbnb we've stayed in and would definitely return when we are next in the West Sussex area.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lotties! Everything was perfect and we hope to return in the future. The beds were a great size and extremely comfortable, super showers , everything you could need in the kitchen. Everything was top notch and the setting incredibly peaceful. A beautiful place with lovely views in a peaceful area of Lewes. Lots of lovely shops and places to eat and drink within walking distance. Very clean and tidy and tastefully decorated to a high standard. Eleanor was helpful and responsive throughout.

Our stay at Tony’s place was nothing but amazing! Super easy check-in, with surprise baked goods waiting for us, very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, with a short bus trip into Brighton, it was ideal. Parking at the property too. One of the best airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Tony is an excellent host- very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely few days stay at Andrea’s place whilst we waited to move into our new house. Everything was clean and comfortable and the location was great for us. Check in was easy and Andrea very nice to correspond with.

A really lovely place to stay - beautifully decorated, well designed space that is spotlessly clean , very comfortable and private. A great location to explore Brighton ad surrounding area, with buses easy to access. Very clear information, really lovely to meet Pascale and get personal recommendations. Great location with the South Coast a short drive away. The cottage was beautiful and spacious with all the amenities listed. Emma was a great host, answered any questions, shared local events, and was proactive in offering help and sorting anything out. If you're looking for somewhere to stay to explore the South Coast by car, this is a great place to consider.

Claire was a lovely host. She was kind and helpful and responsive to contacts made. The Nest is a really peaceful location surrounded by greenery and birdsong. Good kitchen and bathroom and lovely outside space. East Hoathly has a great little pub - very friendly landlord/lady and a wee coffee shop with excellent coffee!

Cute little studio and perfect for what we were looking for! Short drive to Brighton & Lewes too!

This stay was our first experience in an Airbnb. It was lovely, very clean and comfortable . The host supplied everything you could possibly need. Parking was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again

Great accommodation, all on one level, in a friendly village. Avril & Paul left us to ourselves but readily engaged when approached. Beautiful setting with lovely garden, view of the Southern Downs easy, short walk to village store to buy bread, cereal, milk and banana for breakfast.

Great value and a great location. Wesley was helpful and nothing was too much. Communication was fantastic at every step and even with our very late evening check in, we didn’t feel like this was a problem and self check in was easy. Parking was simple with free parking on road or on the drive outside their home. The space is exactly what’s described and the bathroom is huge!

An excellent property and location. Beautifully laid out and very well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. Very welcoming for pets, although our dog didn't spot any of the promised squirrels, badgers or deer ! Our second visit, and would definitely stay again.

I stayed for three nights while working nearby. The place was perfectly formed, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and ideal for my work trip. Communication was excellent throughout, and most importantly, I felt completely safe and comfortable. Would happily return.

Fabulous location, Firle is lovely, great walks, super pub The Ram, and very close to Glyndebourne where we spend Sunday at the opera.

The accommodation was spacious, very well maintained, and equipped, also beautifully furnished and very cosy. The position in Ashdown Forest was stunning, and the surrounding garden lovely. A generous breakfast was left in the fridge, and we were very comfortable.
