Garden Studio with outdoor decking & seating area, self contained, very comfortable in beautiful Saltdean just outside Brighton. With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. First shepherds hut we’ve stayed in and I imagine as luxurious as they can get. Big copper bath with endless very hot water (take care), very comfy double bed, pillows and quilt. Great having the log burner. Facilities for cold breakfast and toast and great to have the coffee machine. James and Amie couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive and were very flexible which made our short stay even better. Great location for beautiful walks either hills (South Downs) or flat footpaths and bridleways . Close to Ditchling c. 4km for cafes and pubs. Closest pub Half Moon about 3km via the bridleway. Easy in the dark with torches. Located in large garden of owners house which presented no problems.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place, the annex is very private and in a quiet location but easily accessible. Sarah was very responsive when messaged, and her check in instructions clear and concise. The annex was clean, warm (we stayed in January) and well equipped. It was in a perfect location being approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of Brighton and 10 minutes to the beach front.

Excellent place to stay - warm, cosy, comfortable - Steph provided lots of provisions which were very welcome, especially the Marmite! - very peaceful so slept well - parking just outside house - went to Lewes as participating in Brighton Marathon but found parking at station and in town challenging - there’s a Waitrose in town and a Londis just up the road from the apartment Would highly recommend staying here

This is a wonderful place situated in a quiet and green spot. Very clean and cosy. Sophie is very communicative and answered quickly when we had questions. Easy walk to many trails and to the centre. Bus stop very close so also accesible for people who come on public transport. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay. Danielle was really helpful with information before our stay and even provided us with a lift down to Preston Park for the start of the marathon ( our son was running). The little extras of bread, butter, eggs and preserves etc was really helpful and appreciated. Lovely comfortable annexe with lovely outside seating area in garden and park accessible at bottom of garden. Would thoroughly recommend.

Bramble Cottage was just idyllic for what we needed. Quiet, relaxing, great location for walks on The Downs, easy to get to the sea, and a small stroll to the beautiful village of Rottingdean. The cottage was perfectly equipped and offered exactly what was described. The bed was so comfy and the shower hot and powerful….. A gorgeous escape with perfect spring like weather.

Banff Farm Annexe has been the perfect place for our short stay in Sussex, ideally located with easy access to main towns and places of interest.
