(The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.

It has an enclosed garden to the rear with a nautical theme as well as off road parking. It is maintained to a very high standard. Lewes has its own cinema, brewery and a castle with scenic views across Sussex and the River Ouse. Great local walks. 7 miles from Brighton.
