Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

One of the very best experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb was staying in this gorgeous flat. It’s perfectly located right opposite the ocean, and near to everything you could want. The flat itself is beautiful and large - waking up to the to the sea view everyday has had such a brilliant impact on my wellbeing. I was worried about the WiFi strength, having read it was patchy in Brighton, but this genuinely was super fast with no issues. If this wasn’t enough, Stephen went out of his way to provide extremely helpful insider advice on the local area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay - if you’re considering this, do it!

Renny’s home was extremely beautiful and impeccably decorated. There was attention to detail and his value for guests could be seen throughout. He had even left a carton of milk for guest use. This was truly a home away from home and a perfect place for respite with family. Very cozy with gorgeous interiors- worth a stay and would definitely come back! Thoroughly recommend. Felt at home moment we went in. Quality v new flat attached to prob million plus detached house with drive and off road parking so great for car (Brighton is not car friendly!). 15 min bus ride into town with many buses as the property's a short walk from Brighton's main road to London, the A23. v well designed practical studio flat looked and felt better than the photos! just a few miles to the scenic south downs to the north and the throbbing nightlife of Brighton partyland and city centre/seafront to the south. good value. wish them well.

A really enjoyable stay. Loved the location being so close to sea with a fabulous view. A good walk into town centre and the Lanes or buses run past the property. Lise was a fabulous host. Really helpful in accomodating us and responsive to any requests. The penthouse located at the top of a beautiful house was comfortable, warm and inviting. Everything we needed was provided to ensure our weekend stay went smoothly, with clear instructions on how to enter & how the heating works etc. Milk & bottled water, along with teabags & coffee were also provided. The beds were comfortable, as was the sofa. I am a very light sleeper so brought ear-plugs seeing as the house is on a main road. I would most definitely book again.

Had a great stay at Nicks apartment. We booked it super last minute but Nick was still so accommodating. Really great at communicating, allowed us to check in early and even provided extras for both us and the dog. Great location - 2 mins from the beach. Lovely apartment that is squeaky clean, well furnished, very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. 10/10! Thank you Nick.

We had a lovely time at jacks place, he was a responsive host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Great location only 20 mins via bus to Brighton marina or hove train station just opposite the accommodation. Had everything we needed and more, I would highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in hove/brighton. Perfect location for adults looking for a few nights away.

We stayed here for one night as a stopover on our way to the airport. It was well equipped, the bed was comfy and everything was spotless. Having a space to park was also very useful. The condo had large windows at the front and with the bus stop right outside, gave no privacy, as people who were sat on the bus could look directly into the room. There were blinds which you could pull down if you felt the need, but this made the room very dark during the day. The photos on the listing are what you will find. The accommodation is great to stay in when attending local events, being only a 5 minute drive from the marina.

The main drawing room features large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the street and ocean. A chandelier hangs above, with a decorative fireplace highlighted on one side. A comfortable sofa and contemporary lamp complete the inviting space.

In terms of first impressions, the wood and paint on exterior door of the building are in poor repair and need attention. Once you are inside, though, you soon forget any initial concerns, because the charm of the flat is unmistakable. It is elegant, it feels warm and welcoming, there are high ceilings, big mirrors, good storage, furniture/lighting/cooking facilities. Best of all the lounge windows overlook a grassy lawn, regency terrace, and the sea! It is beautiful! The location is close to the centre, cafes, restaurants and shops. Amenities are top notch, a lovely sparklingly clean bathroom, kitchen/ dishwasher etc. One thing it Does NOT have is a hair dryer, so if this is important to you, maybe bring your own. The good TripAdvisor ratings are not misleading. You won't regret booking this place. I, (like many others), can't wait to return.

The accommodation was fantastic and very comfortable. The big supermarket was very close, and we had a lot of cafes etc close by. It was worth the stay. Also, there are plenty of buses that take to the city centre from where one can take a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The bathroom features modern fixtures and a sleek design. A glass shower enclosure is visible beside a vanity with an integrated sink and storage. Dark tiles create a contemporary aesthetic, complemented by a large mirror reflecting ample light from overhead.

David is an incredible host, personable, easy going and very professional, who really goes the extra mile for his guests. His kindness and hospitality far exceeds what I could hope for in a host. The apartment is beautiful, light and spacious, spotlessly clean, very well appointed and very comfortable and cosy. Fresh flowers, a choice of very good coffee and yummy cookies were such a lovely surprise, and the bed is blissfully comfy, the only downside of my stay was having to leave! We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

Roland and Amy's place is a real gem; a really rare find. I booked for the Easter weekend. Right from the comfirmation of my booking, to the final checkout, they went out of their way to make my stay just perfect. I was mainly in contact with Amy, Roland's partner, who was there to meet me at check-in. She was lovely, making me feel very at home and making sure I knew where everything was and how everything worked. There were so many nice touches to welcome me; including chocolate Easter eggs! This appartment isn't just an appartment, it's far more of a home. It's clear to see just how much love and time they've put in to it. absolutely gorgeous apartment! even better than the pictures! was so easy to check in via the lockbox and parking outside was so useful! literally a 2min walk to the beach, a few minutes to the lanes, and like 30 seconds to lovely restaurants and shops! took our 1 year old and was absolutely spot on as not loads of cluttered ornaments for him to grab and beautiful open plan design. beautiful bay window, and gorgeous interior design! (i now want a pink kitchen🤣) fully stocked with useful amenities (cuttlery,plates,shampoo ect.) honestly never wanted to leave! would 100000% stay again! thankyou so much! 🤍

We were very pleased to find this lovely flat (which allowed our well behaved dog) to base walking distance to our son and family over the Christmas holidays. It is very well placed for a Brighton/West Sussex stay. Set back from a main road, the flat is very quiet and situated in a beautifully landscaped garden. We had a designated parking place. The public areas of the flat are stylish, well maintained and felt very safe. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had in an Airbnb. Catherine and Nicole’s communication was excellent and friendly. They even left treats for our dog! We highly recommend this flat and would book again! Thanks Catherine and Nicole!

The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed. The living space was big and the rooms were spacious. Couldn’t fault it
