Great long weekend away, had some amazing weather alongside. We love Brighton as a whole so being here felt even more at home than the last time. Fresh space and very modern atmosphere with that comfort feel. Geoff was really responsive and helped us, really friendly and hope to be going back soon this year. Great apartment, fantastic host. Close to shops,restaurants and bars . But still off a side road so quieter. Provisions in apartment great . Very clean and fresh. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou

We had a great stay at Lucio's place. It was exactly as described and location was perfect - moments from beach and close to shops, laines and transport. We had one issue which Lucio responded to and sorted very promptly. Like other reviews, I'd advise ear plugs - the seagulls are on the noisy side! We also used the sofa bed for 3 nights and this was very comfy with the mattress topper provided. Price is steep but in line with other places in the area and to be expected for the location. Lucio's place is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the discount for a 3 night booking. Would definitely book again. The only thing to really be aware of is the VERY steep stairs down to front door which is mentioned in the listing.

Spacious, comfortable flat with unbelievable views of the river . Extremely well furnished and modern Helen‘s helpfulness and quick response time was much appreciated.

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

Peaceful place with a spacious bedroom and lovely, spacious garden. (Garden photos really undersell it, it was a nice little subtrap). Being somewhere quiet and close to the sea was important - and this place delivered! Million amenities within minutes walk as well.

Amazing apartment for a couple staying in Brighton - right opposite the beach - and convenient with off street parking. The basement apartment was spacious, with living, bedroom and kitchen all beautifully appointed and every amenity you may need (even a small pantry providing some essentials. This place feels like a home away from home from the moment you walk through the door. Host Phil was super good at communicating and greeted us on arrival to show us through the apartment, and had provided some croissants and chocolates to make us feel welcome. A definite recommendation for Brighton.

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Great location with a character. We wanted a cosy place further away from Brighton for a few nights and this spot didn't disappoint. Our goal was to hike the Seven Sisters route and the Southwick train station was just a few minutes away which was perfect. It's a pub remodelled as a guest apartment with a kitchen, a cosy coffee corner and a view to the shipping port. It's on a pretty busy road, so it can get loud, but it didn't bother us. The host was available and proactive - we received good sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Thanks to Stephen and Fiona!

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the beautiful Driftwood. We were very lucky with the weather so took full advantage of the balcony area watching the seafront and everything going on. The house was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely welcome message, wine and biscuits waiting for us on arrival. The house is exactly as described and as per the photos and the views are amazing. Lots of extra little touches make it feel very homely. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Simone was the perfect host. Clear arrival instructions, very proactive with excellent communication. Simone was able to offer us an earlier check-in which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend a visit to Driftwood!

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

Super host with a gorgeous home. Very proactive and helpful. Would definitely check if it was available before booking anywhere else for our next visit. Lovely peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle but only a short bus journey to/from the town centre. Highly recommend!

I stayed at West Pier House with some friends for my 40th birthday. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the station, even closer to the sea front and 10 minutes from The Lanes. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Cat and Andy were great hosts, easy to contact and very amenable. So I chose this house! Thank you both!

Andrea’s place in Brighton was absolutely outstanding—by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Every corner of the apartment was spotless, fresh, and clearly well cared for. It made the whole experience feel extra comfortable and relaxing. Beyond the incredible cleanliness, the space was beautifully set up, fully equipped, and in a great location—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. Andrea was also a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Brighton!

Booked this Airbnb for a group of colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Our stay at marks place was perfect! Great value, really helpful host (at one point we locked ourselves out but mark responded immediately and was very helpful), clear instructions for checking in and out! The place itself was lovely, lots to do nearby, about a minute from sea front! Will definitely use again!

We absolutely loved staying in this AirBnb! Everything you could need was there and the whole place was spotless. The host was super responsive and helped arriving super easy and enjoyable. Recommendations were given and the Airbnb was super easy to get to from Hove station! Snacks and Prosecco were also left for us which was a lovely touch. I would happily book again when I visit with friends!

We loved our stay at Kate's place. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the beach and the main shopping/restaurant area and just 10 minutes to The Lanes and to Brighton station. The flat is just as advertised, full of character. It is Kate's home so you need to expect it to be full of her stuff, including the fridge! Kate's large collection of plants needs watering and this is best left to her or family/friends given their number - this entails scheduling visits during your stay! American visitors should know that the bed sizes are British and so a bit smaller than US sizes. But we certainly managed fine even one night with both of our sons visiting from London, given the sofa-bed. The kitchen is well-equipped. We ate at home a lot during our three weeks. Kate was very responsive in answering all our queries, even when she was travelling. A final note: expect occasional pecks and squawks at the back window from a friendly seagull who is obviously keen to know who is staying.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The views out over Brighton/Hove and the sea from the lounge, bedroom and kitchen are just stunning. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Clear and detailed instructions for how to access the apartment and loads of recommendations for places to visit, eat and drink. Fantastic communication right from booking and James even messaged on our first morning to check everything was OK. Brilliant from start to finish. Thank you!

Perfect location for both the beach and shopping/visiting/eating out in Worthing (all walkable). We arrived by car and Triin took care of our parking needs, which was much appreciated. The flat also has everything you need for a relaxing night in, if that’s what you need after a long day of tourism or spending time with your family.
