What can I say about this special place other than thank you for sharing it with us. We had a wonderful weekend in Brighton and this stunning property was the icing on the cake. We were all blown away by how beautiful it was and how comfortable. We will definitely be back and have recommended it to lots of people already. This place is so stunning and when the sun is out the location really makes it feel like you’re abroad with the location and the views!! The bed is extremely comfortable as is the sofa, the WiFi is fast and all TV apps work fast and well. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived and had basics we needed for a couple of days as well as a few extras like salt, pepper, sugar etc. Is a little hard to find at first but once you’re there you get your bearings pretty quickly. There’s other homes like this on air BnB which are much more expensive but this one was totally reasonable and beautiful and worth the money. Hope to stay again in the summer :)

A nice apartment in a good location for visiting Brighton. Pleasant and responsive host. The front door code must be entered on the door handle (touch the keypad and not the handle to turn it on).

This is a gem of a flat in the heart of Rottingdean. The apartment is clean, quiet and charmingly decorated. Bedrooms are very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. You can relax and watch the sea from the two bay windows. There are multiple cafes and pubs as well as a Tesco Express mere steps away. Highly recommend.

Amazing location on the sea front. A really spacious, and surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. Really helpful host, thank you! Complimentary eye masks provided for bedrooms which is definitely needed. Well equipped and very clean.

Great location, property as pictured/described, great communication from Sara - so good in fact that I had little cause to communicate back, which made me feel a bit rude! Would recommend if you want to be within easy access of Brighton but away from the hustle and bustle.

One of the best places we’ve stayed on Airbnb. Ian was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Beautiful house in a great location. Quiet neighbourhood with easy beach access whilst being easy to get to the city centre and beach.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

8 of us stayed for a family trip and had the best time. Robert's house is beautiful (especially all the plants!) and very thoughtfully decorated with great amenities. We loved the large dining table and having lots of areas to sit and chat. The house was extremely clean and the linen smelt fresh. Check in was super easy, Robert provided clear instructions. Robert was very responsive from the point of booking and throughout our stay. The location was also great- a 20 min walk to the beach and plenty of things to do. We didn't eat out but looked like there were some great options. Thank you Robert & family for a lovely stay, would definitely recommend!

Our group of 9 adults booked this place for the weekend. Usually, when there is a group of us this size wherever we stay we feel crammed in but this place was fantastic! lovely large communal/living space, 3 bathrooms all with toilets and an extra toilet on the ground floor so no fighting over who got to go first! the house was exactly as described so no nasty surprises. very well situated, two minute walk up the road and you're on a high street with access to many shops and bus routes, easy walk to the i360, peir and lanes. house was well stocked with tea/coffee/towels etc. roof terrace was lovely, although we didn't try the pizza oven, save that for next time!!! all of us were really impressed with the house and would definitely stay there again. both Edwina and Marc were very quick at responding to messages and there was a really helpful manual left out for us with local recommendations, how to use the various appliances etc. 10/10! We have all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a great find! We were a family group of 9 including 2 young children, the house was definitely big enough to accommodate us all with spacious rooms, a stunning kitchen area, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms/en suite. The kids enjoyed all the games on offer, especially the ping pong table. Tony was a real hit too. Susie is a great host, offering great local advice/recommendations and was so kind to allow us an early check-in. We had 3 cars with our party but only permits for 2 cars however Susie's lovely neighbour happened to be around when we were deciding what to do with the 3rd car and offered us some of her additional permits for a small amount of money, this allowed us to all be parked outside the property with no concern about moving the cars, it really was a bonus. I would recommend this lovely house to any large group, close to beach and shops and Brighton town centre.

Fantastic house, lovely inside and right by the coast, perfect.

Sophie's place was brilliant. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with every amenity you could want, including so many toys that the 3 year old in our family was utterly happy. And in the perfect location too. Sophie was an excellent communicator, always on hand for any queries, and very helpful in every way.

The accommodation was fantastic and very comfortable. The big supermarket was very close, and we had a lot of cafes etc close by. It was worth the stay. Also, there are plenty of buses that take to the city centre from where one can take a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Kate's place is wonderful and was a delight to stay in. You can tell Kate has a good eye for design and the apartment has been decorated with love and attention. We had a fabulous weekend and I can thoroughly recommend Kate as the perfect host! ❤️

Location, facilities, parking and accommodation exactly as Will has described and PERFECT for a city break for a couple to explore all of Brighton's best places within very easy walking distance. The parking arrangement is brilliant and easy to get to and,as is said in the details, literally 3 minute walk to the accommodation. Inside the accommodation is everything that is needed and of good quality in a very well used space. Location fantastic: local area some great pubs and restaurants; few minutes onto Brighton beach; 5 minutes walk to Royal Pavilion , then into The Lanes. Communication with Will accurate and prompt - met Will when we arrived (we were a bit early) - great bloke and so helpful.

Spacious and bright place in a nice location. not too far from the beach but a quieter area. convenient. it was a good base.

Perfection Olivia’s place has quite possibly one of the best views in all of Brighton We were blessed with incredible weather and having unspoilt views of Brighton beach and the ocean were truly special The terrace is huge and eating out there was just so lovely The flat is so well equipped and a very well considered space We would love to return
