We absolutely loved staying here. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for our overnight stay. Ali was a great host and left clear instructions and was responsive to any questions we had. The ambience of the marina was lovely with a good choice of restaurants and bars nearby. Sitting on the terrace in the evening with a glass of red and then waking up to the sound of seagulls and yachts was perfect. We’ll certainly be back.

We travelled to Brighton for our first holiday as a family of four, 2 adults, our 3 year old and 8 month old. The location of the apartment is wonderful, peaceful yet very close to the main city and buses/the beach etc and we felt very relaxed and at home. The host was very good at communicating (especially when entry to the flat with the code was a bit tricky first time which we really appreciated), the apartment was clean, the bedrooms flexible for our needs and good facilities. We'd definitely recommend and stay again!

This is a gem of a flat in the heart of Rottingdean. The apartment is clean, quiet and charmingly decorated. Bedrooms are very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. You can relax and watch the sea from the two bay windows. There are multiple cafes and pubs as well as a Tesco Express mere steps away. Highly recommend.

Ideal space for our need - looked exactly like the photos. Perfect if you have a car for getting to Brighton. Restaurants nearby that are walkable. Very peaceful.

We had a super weekend in Brighton. Joy’s apartment was ideally situated for our requirements. All of the main attractions in the area were within easy reach and this was a major factor in making our weekend. The apartment was well presented, clean and catered for our needs. Joy communicated well with us from the point of booking right through to the end of our visit. Highly recommend this venue and would be more than happy to return if visiting Brighton again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

What a great find! We were a family group of 9 including 2 young children, the house was definitely big enough to accommodate us all with spacious rooms, a stunning kitchen area, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms/en suite. The kids enjoyed all the games on offer, especially the ping pong table. Tony was a real hit too. Susie is a great host, offering great local advice/recommendations and was so kind to allow us an early check-in. We had 3 cars with our party but only permits for 2 cars however Susie's lovely neighbour happened to be around when we were deciding what to do with the 3rd car and offered us some of her additional permits for a small amount of money, this allowed us to all be parked outside the property with no concern about moving the cars, it really was a bonus. I would recommend this lovely house to any large group, close to beach and shops and Brighton town centre.

Super host with a gorgeous home. Very proactive and helpful. Would definitely check if it was available before booking anywhere else for our next visit. Lovely peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle but only a short bus journey to/from the town centre. Highly recommend!

I stayed at West Pier House with some friends for my 40th birthday. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the station, even closer to the sea front and 10 minutes from The Lanes. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Cat and Andy were great hosts, easy to contact and very amenable. So I chose this house! Thank you both!

Really good place, great location, and more than enough space for 7 of us! While we didn't use it, the kitchen was large and well stocked - so would be great for families too. The games area is in a corridor and doesn't have much space - it's great for a quick game, but not a space you can use to hang out for a long time. David was a great host, too - very responsive and helpful throughout the trip! If you need a space for 4-8 people in Brighton, this is a great option 😀

Our stay at marks place was perfect! Great value, really helpful host (at one point we locked ourselves out but mark responded immediately and was very helpful), clear instructions for checking in and out! The place itself was lovely, lots to do nearby, about a minute from sea front! Will definitely use again!

Great ground floor property, very close to the seafront for ease & morning walks. High ceilings, spacious & a lovely property to call home for week while travelling. Parking - which was a concern or ours, turned out to be a none issue. Always found a spot on the street the entire time, with simple app to prepay for the entire stay. Only a few minutes walk to many different cafes & restaurants. Overall we enjoyed all aspects of this property.

We absolutely loved staying in this AirBnb! Everything you could need was there and the whole place was spotless. The host was super responsive and helped arriving super easy and enjoyable. Recommendations were given and the Airbnb was super easy to get to from Hove station! Snacks and Prosecco were also left for us which was a lovely touch. I would happily book again when I visit with friends!

We loved our stay at Kate's place. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the beach and the main shopping/restaurant area and just 10 minutes to The Lanes and to Brighton station. The flat is just as advertised, full of character. It is Kate's home so you need to expect it to be full of her stuff, including the fridge! Kate's large collection of plants needs watering and this is best left to her or family/friends given their number - this entails scheduling visits during your stay! American visitors should know that the bed sizes are British and so a bit smaller than US sizes. But we certainly managed fine even one night with both of our sons visiting from London, given the sofa-bed. The kitchen is well-equipped. We ate at home a lot during our three weeks. Kate was very responsive in answering all our queries, even when she was travelling. A final note: expect occasional pecks and squawks at the back window from a friendly seagull who is obviously keen to know who is staying.
