Everything was perfect. Clear and friendly communication, clean, comfortable and beautiful spot! Highly recommend!

Louise was very welcoming; nothing was too much trouble. She was very friendly and considerate, and didn’t really bother us unless it was something important. Our accommodation was clean and well stocked with breakfast items. Bedding and towels were all nice and clean. The garden was just right for my grandchildren who came to visit us,tennis court and a tree house which they really enjoyed. A nice relaxing couple of days Christine

Sam was an excellent host! She caters for every need and is very warm and welcoming. The treetops has everything you need, was very clean and tidy and the hot tub was a bonus. We will definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone! Would give 10 stars if we could.

The accommodation was wonderful and very comfortable. Excellent quality bedding, towels and furniture. We (pregnant lady, husband and elderly mother) instantly felt relaxed and enjoyed our stay very much. There were thoughtful touches throughout like good quality toiletries, (organic!) milk, tea and biscuits, etc. The terrace and garden were also a real treat. Care, generosity and attention to detail was evident. One of the best places we stayed during our three week trip in the UK. Claire gave clear instructions and was very responsive. Thank you, Claire! We look forward to returning one day.

Me and my partner had a wonderful mid-week retreat at Tracy’s Annex! Welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, the place was just lovely. We had access to the hot tub and the heated pool which was just amazing! It felt totally private, we were never disturbed but always just a message away if we needed anything- Tracy has some fab recommendations and knows the area so well. The walks around are beautiful and the wildlife we saw was brilliant! There’s so much I could say but my real highlight was Tracy’s 2 golden labs, they’ll come and say hello when out in the garden and they are such love bugs! Totally made my day as a dog lover! Would stay again and would recommend to others. X

Just had a wonderful, peaceful stay at The Barn. The Barn was bigger than we expected and we were very comfortable with 2 sofas and an 8 seater dining table. I loved being able to sit at the kitchen bar and watch my partner cook for us! I also really loved being able to sit in the garden and at the huge patio window watching the birds. The lighting was fully adjustable so perfect to meet everyone's needs. The shower was ample and option of different types of water power so perfect for both myself and my partner. Communication and information was perfect with instructions in writing and pictures! Very well appointed and we didn't need to ask for anything as it was all provided or thought of! Very impressive. Thank you so much for an easy, relaxing stay. Just wonderful.

A home from home - ideal for either a short or long stay. Exceptionally well equipped, with everything you might need. Very clean and comfortable, in a delightful and secure and private setting. Rebecca was very welcoming and on hand if we needed anything. The best Airbnb we've stayed in and would definitely return when we are next in the West Sussex area.

We had a lovely stay at Paul and Stacey's. The accommodation was really comfortable, homely, and spotless. Paul and Stacey were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Although the accommodation is in their garden it felt very private. The walk into the centre of Steyning is a nice one, the town and the South Downs are lovely. It was a 20 minute drive to Brighton or Worthing, which made it ideal for us, as we could visit these places so easily and come back to somewhere more peaceful at night. Perfect place to stay for a wedding in Lewes. The annex had everything we needed and communication with Eleanor was great.

We had a lovely stay, the lodge was really clean and modern and peaceful and private, it was also really easy to find. Carolin was a great host and really responsive, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay and would definately recommend!

We had a lovely few days stay at Andrea’s place whilst we waited to move into our new house. Everything was clean and comfortable and the location was great for us. Check in was easy and Andrea very nice to correspond with.

Great location with the South Coast a short drive away. The cottage was beautiful and spacious with all the amenities listed. Emma was a great host, answered any questions, shared local events, and was proactive in offering help and sorting anything out. If you're looking for somewhere to stay to explore the South Coast by car, this is a great place to consider.

Overall had a fantastic stay. Place felt very cosy. Lovely little kitchen with all basic kitchen equipment. Sleep was very comfortable in the main bedroom but not as much if you want to use sofa bed in living space. Also two low rise seatings in living room didn’t felt comfortable and looked quite tired. Egg chair was a nice edition, fantastic to chill out. There is plenty to explore and experience in surrounding areas, so location is definitely great. Host is very friendly and responsive, all instructions are helpful and clear. Thank you for hosting us.😊

A lovely little nook - the perfect accommodation we needed to stay at after our friends wedding round the corner. Laura was so incredibly helpful with check-in and super flexible so we could drop our car off before heading to the wedding. Gorgeous accommodation and great host! Thank you:)

Ann and Lawrence are wonderful! little Lock Cottage is a beautiful little place in the countryside. it has everything you would need for a lovely stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make your own meals. it's perfect. the cottage was clean and tidy and in an idyllic location. it was so nice to come back to the place after long days. the garden area is so pretty and there is a constant flow of birds that visit. there are gorgeous horses in the fields. you can take lovely walks in the country. the town is only a 20 min walk away. it's a perfect little place! highly recommend.

nona was amazing, nice polite and friendly, always available all the time answering any question about the place but also about our vacation , giving good advices and being really helpful. the place was really nice, quite and more spacious than what I thought. I comfortably staiyed with my wife and my 2 kids. few minutes from Brighton centre, even if the weather was not great we really enjoyed stay at mona s place and if I got the occasion I will definitely book it again in summer

Great accommodation, all on one level, in a friendly village. Avril & Paul left us to ourselves but readily engaged when approached. Beautiful setting with lovely garden, view of the Southern Downs easy, short walk to village store to buy bread, cereal, milk and banana for breakfast.

Great value and a great location. Wesley was helpful and nothing was too much. Communication was fantastic at every step and even with our very late evening check in, we didn’t feel like this was a problem and self check in was easy. Parking was simple with free parking on road or on the drive outside their home. The space is exactly what’s described and the bathroom is huge!

Charming & practical stand-alone studio with en suite shower in peaceful garden behind the host's house. Independently accessible from via short walk along garden path. No problem parking on-street 30 seconds' walk from the door. Exactly what we wanted for a one-night stay in this scenic corner of East Sussex.

I had the most joyous stay as both the accommodation and location were perfect. I could list so many fabulous features in the flat but suffice to say it has, in my opinion, every amenity you could wish for. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and communication with Karen was so easy. As an additional note Ditchling has to be one of the prettiest and interesting villages I have ever visited and the centre is easily walkable from the flat taking only a few minutes. I would certainly recommend this listing.
