Private suite vacation rentals in Brighton and Hove

We had a lovely stay here, my partner was doing a weekend course at Sussex Green Woodworking and this was a perfect place for us to stay, just 4 minute drive away. The location is peaceful and beautiful, and we enjoyed having coffee with the noise of horses and chickens nearby. Nice restaurants nearby, would especially recommend Poco Wine about 15 mins drive away. Would definitely be back to explore more of the natural beauty in the area.

We had a wonderful time staying at this uniquely decorated loft accommodation. It had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable and at home. We were visiting to take part in some local sporting events and we were able to relax and recover in this peaceful and cosy space. Access was easy with plenty of room to park and store our bikes.

This was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in the area. Spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed. Lovely little extras were much appreciated. Thanks

My brother and father stayed at Susie’s place for the weekend and had a great experience. Everything was perfect – clean, comfortable, and just as listed. Susie was a helpful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, accommodation was exactly as described. It was nice and quiet, you were able to easily walk to the beach and the shops if you wanted to. A nice touch was the bread, milk, cereal ,orange juice ,tea and coffee that was waiting for you on arrival. We met Pete and Sam who were very friendly and helpful.

Only two nights as here for the Members' Meeting at Goodwood. This is a very comfortable new annexe on two floors. It is very well supplied with all that one would want for an extended stay. Even real coffee for the cafetiere. We ate out on the first night and found a lovely Tapas Bar (Faustino's), noisy and atmospheric. All-in-all, a lovely place to stay and we would certainly return.

The apartment was well-equipped for our stay and we couldn't have asked for more. We felt very welcome, including our furry friend trying to join you for your breakfast! Natalie’s place is amazing inside and out. Extremely close to the Chanctonbury Ring trailhead. You can walk there in a matter of minutes. Along with other relaxing spots around the village of Washington. The local pub is also only a short stroll. If visiting this part of West Sussex, it’s highly recommended to book Natalie’s accommodation as soon as possible. My family stayed for over a week and enjoyed every second. Thanks again!

Really lovely place, very comfortable for an extended stay. Kitted out with everything we needed and although it got a little cold at times the host was happy to boost the heating as we needed it (would recommend bringing a jumper though!). The standout was absolutely how responsive and lovely the host was - always happy to help us out with anything we needed and left very clear instructions on how everything worked.

We have just had a lovely stay at Anthony’s beautiful guest suite. Anthony was very friendly and welcoming, offering recommendations of places where we can eat and any assistance we may need. The guest suite was very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated, the perfect size for a couple or a lone parent with two children like myself. Additionally it was very well equipped with crockery, cutlery etc. The house is in a private estate so is very quiet and peaceful and is just a very short walk out onto Felpham beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Delia’s place. Beautiful and sunny lounge which we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in after a busy day in Brighton. Delia left lots of personal touches, milk and orange juice, Snacks, teas and coffee. We walked from the accommodation down to ‘The Steakist’ on Saturday evening, which was the nicest restaurant we’ve ever eaten in and then caught a taxi back. Arundel is a beautiful place and we would definitely stay at Delia’s place again.

Our hosts Cliff & Simon gave us a warm welcome. Check in was extremely easy. Cosy quarters was excellently equipped and comfortable. We were very appreciative of the breakfast basket and fruit. We definitely recommend this property.

The annexe had a separate side entrance & parking directly outside. It was very private & peaceful but reassuring to know that the host Angie was next door should there be any issues. The accommodation was exceptionally clean with a modern bathroom & tasteful decor. The space felt bright & airy, the patio doors letting in a lot of light & it was nice to have a small outside area to sit & enjoy both the morning & early evening sunshine. There were limited ‘kitchen’ facilities, a microwave, kettle & fridge but adequate for preparing drinks & snacks. This was anticipated as it was clearly described. I found my few days staying there very comfortable & relaxing. Chichester city centre with all its attractions is easily walkable from the accommodation which was also an added bonus. It’s an excellent base & ideal for anyone wanting to explore all the area has to offer.

A very enjoyable second stay. Andrew and Fiona provide lovely breakfast foods and other welcome treats. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable with a beautiful outlook at the back. Its a nice walk into the village and both pubs do good food and are very friendly. We enjoyed a trip on the Bluebell Railway this time plus a return visit to Sheffield Park.

Chris was very informative and the check in was very easy. It’s a lovely place to stay in a very nice part of the country! Great views from the bedroom and a very nice bathroom! Thanks for having us!

Steve's place was perfect for our two-night stay. Although very compact, it had everything we needed, and Steve and Jo had added lots of welcoming touches, including breakfast things and even an Easter egg! There are beautiful walks on the South Downs on the doorstep, and Steve and Jo provided lots of useful information about restaurants and things to do in Lewes. Recommended!

We absolutely loved staying at The Annexe, it’s beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything you need and is much more spacious than we realised. The Secret Garden was great for our son to run around safely in and nice to sit outside to eat dinner. What’s also great is that the space has been thoughtfully considered, there’s lots of storage space ( which a lack of in other places is a real bug bear of mine!) and kitchen has everything you’d need and more! Comfortable bed and really comfy huge sofa bed in the lounge. We met the host Christy briefly and she was very welcoming and friendly. The property has a wonderfully warm and inviting ambience, would highly recommend you stay here.

Carole and Peter are kind, friendly, and helpful hosts, and their small apartment suits us fine on our brief trips to the south coast. We’ve stayed here lots of times and would happily recommend it.

Perfect location - easy walk to the seafront and eateries. Accommodation was clean and tidy, had everything anyone would need and the 2 garden areas were perfect for our dogs. We had a really nice break and the welcome pack was gratefully received. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you.

This was our second stay at Chill Cottage. It was just what we were after. Lovely and cosy with everything we needed. Would recommend.

We stayed with Mike for a just 2 nights but it was such a great stay. Mike took so many steps both before and during our visit that made it a good experience, but whilst still giving us space. Check in was easy and we were given clear instructions, Mike was extra helpful when we found out we were travelling with our little one. The space itself had everything we needed and was actually more spacious than I was expecting too with extra little touches too.
