Beachfront vacation rentals in Brighton and Hove

Perfect stay. Beautiful home and the garden was abit of a sun trap! Me, my partner and our pup absolutely loved it.

Fabulous 3 bedroom house in the heart of Kemptown. So easy to walk everywhere… The Pier, The Lanes, the shops, the restaurants and supermarkets. It’s all on your doorstep. Mark’s house was immaculate and fully equipped with everything you need. Saying that though we ate out for breakfast, lunch and dinner but if you did want to cook the kitchen has everything you need. Mark was super friendly and responsive and we didn’t need him at all but was nice to know we could’ve easily contacted him if we did. I thoroughly recommend a stay at Mark’s place. We will definitely book it again next time we are in Brighton.

Beautiful flat and Sarah is a really nice host! 5 min walk to the beach and about 25 min walk to train station.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It had everything we needed, was very spacious, and in a perfect location. The beach is just a short walk away, and it's very easy to get into Brighton.

Thanks Eleanor for a great long weekend in your gorgeous house in Kemptown, Brighton; the house was even better than the photos, super clean and well appointed - we felt right at home. We loved all the recommendations too. Would 100% recommend.

Location, facilities, parking and accommodation exactly as Will has described and PERFECT for a city break for a couple to explore all of Brighton's best places within very easy walking distance. The parking arrangement is brilliant and easy to get to and,as is said in the details, literally 3 minute walk to the accommodation. Inside the accommodation is everything that is needed and of good quality in a very well used space. Location fantastic: local area some great pubs and restaurants; few minutes onto Brighton beach; 5 minutes walk to Royal Pavilion , then into The Lanes. Communication with Will accurate and prompt - met Will when we arrived (we were a bit early) - great bloke and so helpful.

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A very nicely presented apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped with towels, pillows, tea coffee, milk and many other handy products. A fantastic sea view out of the main lounge window. The parking under the hotel was also very convenient.

Louisa’s caravan was a home from home, the location was unbeatable on the sea front and literally next door to the clubhouse/restaurant and bars. It was such a lovely break and I hope to return soon! Highly recommend

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

We had an amazing weekend in Brighton! The place was perfect for our group of 12. Would definitely recommend for a large group it was really comfortable and the hosts were so helpful and very responsive

This is an absolutely stunning Airbnb and I’d recommend it to anyone! Beautiful location and was ideal for our trip as the station is a 2 minute walk down the road which is a short train ride away to central Brighton. Plenty of rooms for a big group to stay. For us it was idea for runners and supporters for the Brighton marathon to stay as we all got to be together before the race. The place is so quirky and unique we all loved it! Host was fab. Very smooth easy check in and was flexible with our arrival time and check out. Very responsive and kind too.

Fantastic what the hosts have done with the tiny box, modern looking & everything you need - Great location in the middle of the marina - lots of activities bars & restaurants & just a short walk or bus ride into Brighton city centre - very enjoyable 3 night stay & would recommend We will be back to the marina for another get away in the future Many thanks Steve & Jade

What can I say about the apartment- apart from utterly spectacular!! From the amazing location to the absolutely fabulous decor, it was amazing. Jorel provided clear instructions and details and sent communications on the morning, and everything worked perfectly. If you want bland, new furniture and simple decor, it’s not the right place for you (but that’s clear from the pictures!). However, if you want to epitomise Brighton in an apartment- this is it!! Hope to get the chance to stay here again next year.

We had a fantastic stay at Laura’s apartment. Fantastic location with sea views. A stone throw from the waterfront. Beautiful Regency apartment with high ceilings, stylishly decorated with beautiful antique furniture and an eclectic collection of art pieces. Very clean apartment with all the amenities and comfortable beds, perfect for 3 guest. Laura & Thoby communicated very well and were helpful and very flexible with arrival and departure time. We very much enjoyed our stay at their flat and would highly recommend a stay at their flat.

Further to our review November 2023 it was another fantastic stay at Joan's beautiful apartment in a wonderful location and that Joan continues to be a brilliant communicator and host. We are looking forward to returning again next year.
