My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The owners were very quick to respond to queries and helpful when items were needed. Flexible check in and out made the experience less stressful. Amenities were great, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and there is lots of space for friends and families to not feel in each others way. Overall we had a wonderful stay here.

Stunning family home - hot tub - 200yd to seafront

First experience of airbnb and what an amazing one. Eric and Anna from booking were prompt to respond to any queries and gave us advise on the local area and things to do. The house is just a short walk from the local beach and an excellent location. On walking Inside it was immaculate. Also so beautifully decorated with all the things you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Helpful notes were left on cool tags to tell us what was what so it was easy and simple to find things and know how to use them. My husband and I went with our girls for a week and it really was like home from home. I would highly recommend staying here and even considering going back next summer ourselves. Lucy - Wimbledon

We stayed for a girls weekend and the place was lovely. Loads of room, a really large property and everything you need whilst staying. The garden has sun all day and lovely hot tub. The property is relatively close to Brighton and on a regular bus route (No 27) or a short cab ride. Would absolutely recommend a stay here, we had a very chilled weekend. Just want we needed!

Couldn’t have asked for more; it’s a beautifully crafted space set in a completely private part of the property, with a charming interior giving you everything you need for a short stay. The hot tub and outside features were a brilliant addition. Alexia and James couldn’t have done more to accommodate and made us feel really welcome. There are enough shops and walking trails nearby for convenience, and James gave us some great local advice. We were offered fresh milk and baked bread which was such a lovely touch. 100% recommend, we hope to return some day :)

Just WoW! We were looking for something special, quiet, peaceful and a disconnect from the world for a long weekend, and this place was all of that and more! Stunning surroundings, we talked in the hot tub into the small hours, watching the bats feed and listening to the ducks and occasional owl. With a short walk to the local pub for local drinks and very nice food, and finishing the evening cooking on the BBQ. This place was everything we were looking for and so much more.
