The stay and experience was amazing. I stayed 2 night and 3 days. property is new, neat and clean, peaceful. the hosts are warm and amazing. for non veg meal preference one restaurant is just 100m from the location. for veg meals 2km near busstand best options available. the busstand and main market is just 2 km away from stay. all attractions are not far away. it's easy and best to commute when you have your own vehicle. all kitchen essentials were available. coffee tea raw material readily available. no need of air conditioning in the coorg weather. water and electricity supply were uninterrupted. hot water facility is also good. I would highly recommend this place to stay during Madikeri visit. great value for money.

Overall great experience. Very good location as the river is just behind the property which you can approach easily and take a bath as well. it feels private as well since the other side is a jungle Food is good, homely and tasty, although the quantity could be little bit more (as per the price). I would definitely recommend this place for nature lovers. Nearby there is kotey abbey falls which is 6kms away, that is very good.

I had a fantastic stay at Goutham’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. Goutham was an excellent host—very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay.
