Ciro gave great tips and always responded to us very quickly, a clean house, with all the necessary utensils, a swimming pool that always refreshed us on our returns from the beach. We felt at home, I was with my baby and my 7-year-old son and we were very comfortable, the beach is easily accessible by car, quiet place! It made you want to stay longer! Super recommended! I've been using the platform for years, in several Brazilian states, and this was undoubtedly the best accommodation we've ever stayed in. There were 9 of us and everyone loved it. The house is much more beautiful than you see in the photos, and many details that are not in the photos surprised us positively. Miguel and Rose are of unparalleled empathy and attention, everything we requested was met quickly and with affection. We have nothing to complain about regarding the stay. I can't fail to mention Mrs. Neide, who was appointed by them to help us with kitchen and house services while we were there. A very polite and attentive lady who made a total difference in our stay, bringing us even more comfort. Super recommended!!! The house, the hosts, and Mrs. Neide. I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

The place is super well located — close to everything and with easy access to the waterfront, which made all the difference in my days there. The apartment is comfortable and well cared for.
