Beach house vacation rentals in João Pessoa

A delightful house,where we gather the family around the table to remember the. pasado. cozy house with private bathrooms, an oratory that does not let us forget to thank for the opportunity to be with those we love. The beach is not very good,but it has a hose bath and a backyard area,for barbecue, sun and good laughs. Very good. Just don't forget to bring a fan. The heat is great. But where is it not hot. ??

I highly recommend it. The location is great, it is a street on the waterfront of João Pessoa. Several restaurants nearby. The studio is well garnished, has cutlery, glasses, stove, refrigerator (which was already stocked with coffee and water, thank you!), sandwich maker, etc. So you can handle it very well there. The service and communication are also wonderful. It is well worth it, 5 stars.

initially I would like to talk about the check in, Karol was very flexible regarding the entry allowed us to enter a little before the time set by the app . In relation to the stay in the house was all as expected as shown in the listing , well centered location near the market on the waterfront 5 to 10 minutes walking. In relation to the garage fits up to two small cars, as we were in 3 vehicles one slept outside, according to Karol informed us that it was safe because on the street it had a security camera and the place was very quiet and in fact the street very quiet.. So our lodging was wonderful and when we think of us hosting João person Karol's stay will be a possibility...

Great location and wonderful leisure area. The two rooms are comfortable, with bathrooms and air conditioner. At the top of the house are the residents, but we have no contact unless they are entering or leaving the common area (garage). It has many mattresses , and by the pool there is a small room with a treliche, we take out the mattresses and put in the rooms and the living room to be more ventilated, because the room was small and warm. The house has fans, freezers, towels, bedding… It would surely come back more often. The pool is wonderful! We used the barbecue, and anything that was missing, the hosts quickly resolved.

Very family atmosphere, the external areas were super organized, I really felt at home. The host Ricardo is very attentive and helpful. I intend to return other times 🤝🏾✅

Good stay!! We just found the house far from things, the nearest beach is a 14-minute walk and the path is super weird, I think it's a new subdivision. But everything else was fine :)

Great place, 4 km from Penha beach, and next to other beaches, 6 km from the mangabeira mall, less than 1 km from the convention center. Very cozy place, and very private for your family to enjoy. Super recommend!

House is exactly like in the pictures, spacious, comfortable and super well taken care of! Each environment was designed with great affection and the cleaning was impeccable. Communication with the host was excellent: always very attentive, quickly answered all the questions and guided us perfectly about the house and the region. The location is also great, in a quiet and safe area. No doubt a wonderful stay! I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely come back other times.

Attentive and helpful hosts, we felt like family, we travel a lot all over Brazil and this accommodation was the best of all, mainly due to the hospitality and impeccable hygiene of the property, privacy and security. The Hosts showed us several local shops, the waterfront and routes, they really are differentiated, I recommend and thank this wonderful couple, may God bless them today and always, we will return other times.

Great accommodation, close to restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and the like... and the best, there are very few meters from the beach and safe surroundings. Dona Rosely very helpful and attentive. Worth it!

I had an amazing experience with the rental of this house in João Pessoa! The property is exactly as in the photos: well cared for, clean, comfortable and super well located. The house is airy, spacious and equipped with everything we need for a quiet stay. The hosts were very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always ready to help with any questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to those who seek comfort and practicality in João Pessoa!
