The location eh simply perfect! As it is an avenue, there is noise of cars and etc… but nothing that generates a great nuisance!

You leave the building with your feet on the sand of the beach and on the roof has a common area with a super pleasant pool with a mass view.

Wonderful apartment with partial view to the sea, cover with beautiful pool, all the necessary utensils and excellent qualities, huge tv and comfortable bed, communication with the host João was great. I liked it very much and would come back for sure.

Great apartment, very comfy and cozy. Great kitchen with all the utensils to cook comfortably. Very good location in front of the beach and you can walk to several places nearby if you need to. We love the days we spent in Maria Letícia's apartment. It was all very good, especially as described in the listing. She and her father, Mr. Dady, have always been very attentive and flexible in everything we need, we just have to thank you. As a suggestion and for an even better stay, it would be good for them to put an air conditioner in the living room. I would definitely stay and recommend this property. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at Ricardo's apartment. During our stay the neighborhood was extremely quiet, so we had no problem with noise or any other kind of discomfort. The apartment fully corresponds to the description made by Ricardo, has a wonderful view, excellent leisure area with restaurant options, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, beauty salon, etc., very close, a few minutes' walk. Ricardo promptly responded to us, extremely polite and cordial and offered us tips on amenities to facilitate our stay. The doormen were very polite to us. I highly recommend it!

The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The employees of the condominium were extremely gentle, with particular emphasis on the collaborator Suellen, who welcomed us with sympathy and attention at the reception. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Host Isabella was very attentive, responded promptly to messages and provided all the necessary information. We had a great experience and we will undoubtedly return
