Beautiful penthouse, south-facing, in the best location of João Pessoa. Unique penthouse with electric barbecue, full gourmet space + Jacuzzi. My space is the largest floor in the building, extremely comfortable, with a pleasant upper area, where you can enjoy the sun to relax in the hydro while having a barbecue, or enjoy the evening, to have a wine while contemplating the sea and the moon. The apartment has two parking spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and air-conditioning in all rooms.

A comfortable seating area is presented, featuring a patterned armchair and a plush sofa adorned with red and white cushions. Natural light fills the space through large glass doors, partially covered by sheer curtains. A cozy rug lies beneath, enhancing the inviting ambiance.

The condominium is 130 meters from the beach (next to the little market), with a rooftop pool, covered/exclusive parking space, laundry with industrial machines, snooker bar, gym and full gourmet space.
