Definitely one of the best places I've been staying in in the Northeast of Brazil. Fabiano is extremely responsive and quick to communicate, help and always goes beyond to make sure the stay is perfect, offering tips and services for everything we need during our trip. The apartment is complete, spacious, the kitchen has absolutely everything you may need for short or long stays, and the air conditioning in all rooms is sure of comfort on the hot days of Recife. The condominium is another highlight: it has many leisure areas for children and adults, giant pool, sports court, complete gym and various services within, such as grocery, bakery and even an organic products fair on Saturdays. I will definitely stay in this apartment again on my next trips and will recommend to all my friends traveling to Recife or Maceió to talk to Fabiano to be sure of a quiet and welcoming vacation.

Extremely clean and cozy place. The structure of the flat is excellent as well. Rotating parking, but with plenty of parking spaces. The town is close to the city centre and main hospitals. Highly recommended for business travelers.

The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Host Isabella was very attentive, responded promptly to messages and provided all the necessary information. We had a great experience and we will undoubtedly return

My family and I spent a beautifully New Year's Eve at Karina's home. Quiet condominium, safe. Cozy and complete house. It has a gourmet area that overlooks the Serra making everything perfect. The house is very well located, away from the hustle and bustle at the same time close to the center which makes it a lot easier. Karina was super attentive. Loved the place and recommend it!

The house is wonderful: spacious, well located, a great leisure area with a swimming pool and barbecue area, super comfortable hammocks on a huge balcony.

Our stay was wonderful and we only have compliments to offer to host Laiana. The house is large, cozy and the leisure area is great for adults and children, especially the heated pool.
