Simone's house is wonderful and, honestly, I found it even better in person. The layout of the house is great, with the rooms on one side and the kitchen integrated with the living room on the other side. As we went with children, it was possible to leave them sleeping in the bedroom and enjoy in the living room without waking the children to our noise. Everything is well organized, clean, well decorated and well equipped; everything we need to cook, we find in the house. Region very quiet and quiet.

The house is a delight and well organized. You feel like you're in one place , with lots of fruit around to harvest. The condominium is at the top of Gravatá but nothing that does not arrive quietly in the center of the city. The barbecue area of the house is a delight with a breathtaking view and a round table that accommodates everyone for a good family time! The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, airfryer, gelagua and blender. If you are looking for a place of peace , this is the place .

The house is super cozy and well equipped. We loved the stay and we will definitely be back more often. The condominium offers a complete leisure area and the house is very close to the pool. We loved the house's exclusive gourmet space, with a barbecue, pool table and a complete space.

The house is excellent, well cared for, beautiful decoration. The place is wonderful, house stuck in the middle of the woods, a wall of green as seen from the balcony. The homemade Sivonaldo is very helpful, helped us with the purchase of mineral water in the city and providing fuel for the fire and pizza oven. To reach this paradise, when it rains, there is some difficulty with the road, as it turns into mud. But we were able to arrive and leave without further mishaps. We thank Lúcia for the hospitality and allow us to enjoy this special place with friends and family. The experience was worth a lot!

Missinho is a great host! Approachable, always available and genuinely interested in providing a good experience to me and my family. The house is spacious and the condominium is safe and ample. Although the house is located only 15 min walking to the city centre, due to the hot weather (31 degrees almost everyday) we ended up using taxi everyday to get to any location in Pipa.

We were very well received. The house is great. I just found the beach and lagoon far away. The one inside the condominium is not very nice for bathing.

The house is practically a foot in the sand, beach and lake right in front of us. The adults, the children, the dogs took too much advantage. My dog didn't want to leave, he left crying. It has a restaurant on each side, both very good. The service, the flavor of the dishes and the generosity of the portions of the @tabagrillmirante restaurant are a differential. The owner of the house is extremely willing to put us at ease, worrying if everything is working round in the house. The house is very well equipped to serve large families. There is a giant table that we do not know how they managed to place inside the rsrs house. Several support tables, inflatable hot tub, large pool, good quality and very clean bed and bath…we love it!

Great stay, safe, comfortable place, extremely pleasant and with a beautiful view of the sea, just look out the window, sure I will be back very soon.

Great location, close to pharmacy, markets, bars and restaurants. Easy to get out and get to, polite condominium staff. The apartment is comfortable, has a good structure for a person or a couple, the photos correspond to reality. For us, the only problem was check-out at 9 a.m., too early for those traveling for leisure, other than that everything was fine.

Everything you are looking for in terms of leisure or tranquility to rest is present to be enjoyed in this flat. Impeccable in dealing with guests. The information that Eugênio provides is exactly as he reports it, and this helps a lot when it comes to choosing a tour in the region. We'll be back for sure, we already miss it.

João was very attentive, as soon as I made the reservation he already passed me everything he had and he needed to take, he always quickly answered my messages . The flat just like the photos, had everything we needed, comfortable beds and sofa, beautiful view of the lake. The condominium does not comment, but I will make kkkk very organized and with rules, well wooded, many fruit trees, the walk inside it every moment a discovery, many beautiful little corners for photos, and the late afternoon under the tree in front of the lake was a very tasty moment. I loved staying with João and fell in love at Winterville 🥰

Charming the house! The condo is very safe and offers privacy. The silence and nature (lake, fruit trees, birds) allowed us to slow down and recharge. Everything as advertised. We would also like to record the delicacy of Gabiela, Rafael's wife, who offered us valuable and always available information. No more, we leave with longing and thinking of a brief return!!

This was our second stay with Malin and Pepeu, our 3-year-old daughter loves the place and especially the hosts who are super nice and welcoming. The place is beautiful, peaceful, pleasant climate and good for hiking
