I've rarely stayed in such a good place. The apartment is super new, well equipped and comfortable – the air-conditioning in the room makes a big difference. The location is great, one block from the beach and with several options of bars and restaurants nearby. There are two excellent bakeries on the corner, which helps a lot in everyday life. And best of all: the private Jacuzzi, which is simply sensational. I highly recommend it!

Vinícius is a great host, all communication was extremely clear, cohesive and direct. The place is in a very good location for tourism, close to several places that you can access on foot and quickly.

The apartment is exceptional. Very well decorated and furnished. Exactly as she describes it in the listing and as it is in the photos. Easy access, excellent location and a very safe region. I hope to return to João Pessoa and Mercilya's place will be my first choice for accommodation.

Eric’s place was very clean and comfortable, a short walk from the beach, and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, more beaches, tourist locations, and everything you could want while on vacation in Joao Pessoa. Lovely apartment with fantastic facilities in the building, swimming pool and gym made the AirBnB feel more like a resort. Everything as described. Very secure area and building with beach just seconds away, apartment well maintained and filled with all you need for a great stay. Fatima was very helpful amd responses throughout. Highly recommend and Joao Pessoa in general is a fantastic holiday destination.

I stayed 7 days with my wife. Brand new apartment, well-equipped and clean! Super functional in a location at the end of Cabo Branco's waterfront, 2 km from the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Easy check-in and Fabi is very attentive! I recommend it.

Accommodation is just like in the photos. Super clean and nice Great Showers and Beds! The common area is a show in itself! Very safe condominium. Because it is a central area, it has everything nearby.

Wonderful location, small and useful, very well-equipped kitchen. Great location, great pool, the building has a laundry room which made it a lot easier, and also a restaurant with very fair prices. Anyway, we love it, and if we come back we'll stay there again.

Family trip, me, my daughter and my mother, we were very well accommodated in the flat! Beach Haus is very well located, new building, great pool, it is possible to enter through the front and back of the building, in the back it is in front of the beach, suitable for bathing, with a beautiful sunrise!! And about the host, Eriwertton, always very attentive, and willing to help with everything, even gave us some tips on tours and places to visit!! Finally, we loved everything!

We had an excellent experience at Luis' Airbnb! The place is very cozy, clean and well equipped. One detail that made all the difference was the crib available for our baby — we felt really welcomed.
