Beachfront vacation rentals in João Pessoa

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

The apartment is great! Spacious, super ventilated and the kitchen had everything, we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, really in front of the beach (which is wonderful) and super easy access to the other beaches of João Pessoa. Jonice was super nice and gave us several tips for tours and leisure options, in addition to responding super fast. I definitely want to come back and I really hope the apartment is available on a future opportunity.

I had a wonderful stay in Elisa's apartment in João Pessoa! From the first moment, I was impressed by the quality of the space, which was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is cozy, well decorated and very clean, providing all the comfort needed to enjoy the trip. The location is great, just steps from the beach, which greatly facilitated our walks and moments of relaxation by the sea. In addition, Elisa was an incredible host, always attentive and willing to help with local tips that made our experience even more special. I recommend with closed eyes Elisa's apartment for those who wish to enjoy a pleasant stay in João Pessoa. Sure, I'll be staying there again for a next visit!

The flat is very well located in Jardim Oceania, an area also known as Bessa, close to bakeries, restaurants and beaches. I didn't think the beach in front of the building was suitable for bathing (I didn't see anyone in the sea), we walked about 1km to the beach of Jardim Oceania and later was the part known as Caribessa. Unfortunately the tide was high when we went, which made it impossible for us to stay there. The flat is very well equipped with many household appliances, as well as being quite new. We managed to prepare our breakfast with great peace of mind. The Get One building resembles a hotel, with many flats for tourists. The pool area is excellent, but we miss a parasol. You can't stay out of the pool because there is practically no shade. Hosts are available and polite. Anyway, we recommend the flat for those who want to know the north coast of João Pessoa.

Your João's apartment is very reliable with the listing. Extremely clean, comfortable, with all the utensils needed for a short or long stay (in this case, mine). Very well located, a block from the beach, close to bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, that is, you can do everything on foot with a few steps. Detail: the best restaurants in the city are super close by. Mr. João was super attentive with us. When we arrived, we found a problem in the apartment (the hygienic showers were leaking, a natural thing of use and especially in a beach setting). Even on a Sunday, Mr. João was able to schedule maintenance for the morning of the following day, and as planned, everything was resolved quickly. He always contacted us to find out about our stay, if we were in need of anything. I strongly recommend Mr. João. Quiet building, no noises, 24h concierge, that is, all good for a very restful stay in JP!!!!

Excellent and very well equipped apartment. Fernanda answered the messages always with agility and promptness. Everything was clean and organized. If we go back to João Pessoa, we will certainly try to stay there again. Thanks a lot, Fernanda!

The accommodation faces the sea, very comfortable, swimming pool, fitness center, grocery store and very polite porters. Excellent Host response time. For those who go to João Pessoa, you can consider staying there. We like it very much and maybe in the future we come back more often.

Excellent location, clear explanations. I only had a little difficulty with the Wi-Fi, but it doesn't take away from the merits of the excellent service and development.

Spectacular accommodation, the apartment is incredibly spacious and comfortable, and we were a large class, great kitchen, a lot of living area, very airy, not to mention that we had at our disposal, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, 3 parking spaces, and great location, without blemish. Hosts were very responsive, quick to respond, made us very comfortable. VALEU MUUUITO A PUE!

Kaori's apartment is just amazing! Well located, new and very well maintained, it exceeded our expectations. During our stay, we had no complications, everything was perfect. Kaori is an exceptional host, extremely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it and hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

Great apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a suite, balcony and full kitchen. The bedroom with a single bed has little room to accommodate the clothes, in contrast, the double bedroom has a great closet, with many drawers and large mirrors. There is a building next to the condominium, facing the balcony, which brought in a lot of dust and took some of the privacy, due to the workers of the work. None of this, however, hindered the stay. The condominium is excellent, very good for those who have children, with playground and a kids space, market inside, swimming pool, garage, the fact that it is next to the Cabo Branco park is a differential, having several options for dining in a pleasant place and with music is a perfect plus. We made a great trip and would return, no doubt.

Wonderful stay, Claudia is an excellent hostess, responds fast, very polite. Bessa Beach AP is wonderful, excellent location, great beach, is close to restaurants,supermarkets and bakery. All new and spacious, ventilated , is beautiful. I loved staying in this AP.
