Spacious and very quiet house near the Alphaville condominium. The house has three bedrooms, a large living room, and a great kitchen and dining room. Guests have access to the pool area and laundry (shared), which is also very spacious, with a large pool and barbecue and fire pit area. The region is very quiet. Great for resting and enjoying the city, close to downtown and the beach (15 min. by car). Close to Av. Acre with bakery and snack bars. Silence and birdsong.
