The house is a dream, located 300m from Playa do Amor, near the center, meters from supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, bakery, bars, everything you need. The pool is beautiful, and the entire layout of the house. My dog Lulu who accompanied us on this vacation enjoyed the park which is duly fenced for our tranquility. Juacema y Helena dos grande amfritionses. Helena cuisine delicious, and was kind enough to make us taste her deluxe dishes. We will definitely be back !!

Xisto was very receptive, he gave me all the instructions for the house. I found the house in perfect condition, with linens and towels. Impeccable cleanliness in every room. I found all the kitchen utensils I needed. The pool was clean, the garden well maintained. The house is a few meters from the sea, for me it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Conde. I thank Xisto for the ease of both check-in and check-out.

Our stay was wonderful, the house is just like the photo and even better! In addition to being very well located and we were able to do several walking tours. Erica is a great host. She gave us lots of tips for Pipa and its beaches and restaurants. The house is even better than it looks on the pictures. It's located in a big garden, in a quiet and secluded area where you can hear a lot of birds early in the morning. The place is perfect for relaxing in one of the hammocks after a day at the beach. We would definitely come back!

The house is beautiful and very spacious, outdoor area very large and very cozy, even camping, the house sleeps well 4 people, the kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning is very efficient. A bad aspect is the distance to the center, if you are walking, but if you are driving it is super quiet, drive 5 minutes, park in the main and enjoy the city in a 10 minute walk to the center. I recommend it for the excellent cost benefit, I went on the holiday and paid super well!

Our stay at Casa Ibiza was excellent, the house is modern, compact, practical and very comfortable, has a great location, very close to the beaches and the center of Pipa. The Vander and the Marina that manage the house were very helpful and always responded to us quickly, in addition to having in the data many good tips on what to do in the city. This was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed !!! I entered the apartment and was already greeted with a quiet ambient sound by Alexa ! Arrasou! I'm completely in love with this city, I researched it a lot until I found the perfect Airbnb for a few days after staying in a hotel I always stay and was worth it! Tremble cleanliness and delicious Trousseau beach and bath towels! Brand new refrigerator, caprice in the bowls and dishes! I felt at home ! A swimming pool with a foot in the sand! Great for a couple! 🛜 Great Internet! Delicious days and very polite staff! I will come back for sure !! We recommend the host to those who want to stay with quality! Great at all! Thanks !!

I stayed for a week in Renata's apartment and it was all very practical, since check-in. The apartment matches the description and had everything we needed for the stay. I recommend it!

The apartment was as advertised. We travel as a family. With children and we enjoyed it very much. 10 blocks from the center of Pipa, 3 blocks from the beach. Very good location. The kitchen equipment was very complete and everything worked perfectly. The host was always very friendly and often gave us recommendations for the city, always attentive. It has parking and a very good pool.

The location within the Luxor condominium is simply fantastic — the apartment offers a superior quality experience. We also highlight the impeccable organization and cleaning of the place. The building itself is very well cared for, with pleasant interaction areas and a welcoming atmosphere. Its privileged beachfront location has provided us with wonderful moments on a warm water beach. The only consideration we do, for those who think about walking to the Tambaú sign, is that the walk lasts about 50 minutes. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We'll be back!
