Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Jasper County

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael and Anna’s place. It’s only a block to the beautiful Forsyth Park and there is plenty of free parking available. Michael and Anna gave clear instructions about paying attention to the street sweeping signs which was helpful. The house is located closer to the far end of the park but it’s still an easy walk to get to the historic district points of interest and great restaurants. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and one bathroom. We appreciated having the washer and dryer with laundry detergent so we could do a load of laundry. The kitchen has nice full size appliances and plenty of extra small appliances, spices, plates, utensils, etc. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen was equipped with everything we would have needed. The towels in the bathroom were nice, the beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. There’s a front patio with chairs too. We would definitely stay here again!

Great, Great location! This was a last minute family Spring Break that everyone enjoyed. Fantastic local restaurants, within walking distance.

This is a perfect middle ground between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island! Not far from restaurants and shopping. We would have liked more cooking utensils and frying pan options, but made it work with what was available! Neighbors were friendly and play golf with their dog! Owner was very friendly, on top of any needs or requests!

This was a great find! Cozy, spacious, and terrific accommodations. Very affordable and convenient to all things Hilton Head. Very responsive rental agency. We locked ourselves out by accident late at night and they were able to get us in minutes. Highly recommend this location. The 10 of us hadva wonderful time.

We went to Savannah to, all 8 of us. Four kids and Four adults. We booked Christian's house because of all the great reviews, reliable photos, and it's only a 10min drive to Downtown Savannah! Check in/ Check out was easy. We had a wide age range of kids and they were all safe in the house and had a blast with the kids toys and arcade game. The pack-n-play was great for our little one. The full/twin bunk bed worked great for my three boys. The beds for adults were comfortable. There are many options for lounging and the dining table for 8 was perfect for us. The neighborhood is older and quiet, it felt safe to stay in. We really like staying in downtown Savannah, but with our large group and two cars we needed enough/free parking, comfortable sleeping quarters, and enough space for us to spread out without being on top of each other in the house. Next time we visit Savannah with a large group, we'll use Christian's house again.

We needed a 3 bedroom place to stay for a wedding. This property was perfect. We were able to walk to local restaurants and even the wedding venue . A quick drive to the airport & Tybee Island. We did utilize the garage which as listed is very tight but were also able to find parking on the street. We had an issue with the filtered refrigerator water and ice dispenser. Chaz had bottled water and ice delivered the next day. The facilities were clean and beautiful. One thing of note . You are asked to adhere to "quiet hours" since others live on the bottom floor of the house. On the days we did not attend an event and stayed in to watch sporting events on TV(no cable included) during their season finals we had to contain our excitement or disappointment and keep our voices at a "conversational level". We are not big drinkers or loud people so it was not a big deal but we felt somewhat inhibited. Overall the location was perfect. We had a great stay. Chaz responded quickly to concerns.

Laura’s place was very charming. Lots of room and perfectly designed for outdoor decks too. We’ll be back :)

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The location is fantastic - literally one house separates guests from beautiful Forsyth Park and it’s an easy quiet walk up Bull Street to many of the city’s squares and the Mercer-Williams House. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We enjoyed sitting in the back patio with our coffee in the mornings. The only issue we had was parking. All of the designated spots were taken when we arrived and the parking lot is very cramped in general; we ended up just parking on the street - it was free and easy with no street sweeping (keep an eye out for signs noting when parking is prohibited) during our stay. I’d definitely stay here again! Thanks Janet!

What a wonderful experience staying in Anne’s apartment! Beautifully decorated and appointed, we were totally at home and had everything we needed to feel like temporary locals. It was the perfect location from which to explore Savannah, including nearby Forsyth Park, and we loved spending time reading at the end of the day in our private courtyard. The apartment was spotless, the bed super comfy with lovely linens, and the kitchen very well-appointed. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. Thanks, Anne!

Staying here was a bit of a splurge for us but it was completely worth it! The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is located within walking (or biking) distance from sites, restaurants, places to walk, and the parks. Ron was an outstanding host: proactive and gracious in accommodating our needs, including helping us to find a secure place to store our bicycles. He gave us excellent suggestions for where to eat and where we could bicycle in the city, and checked in to be sure that we were comfortable and had what we needed. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend it to anyone who is visiting Savannah.

Great location! We walked all over downtown Savannah. Beautiful home. Plenty of space for 4 adults. The only negative was the people staying above us the 1st part of the week- they were very noisy, but we knew there would be others staying in the space above. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming place! Made you get a taste of how people lived based on Savannah history. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Street was quiet. Able to walk everywhere or take an uber if needed.

My wife and I stayed at this unit for a week recently. It was FANTASTIC! It was nicely appointed, clean and the owners were kind enough to give us a few treats (food items) for our stay. It's clear they care a great deal about this property and the people who are renting from them. The patio was an extra bonus. It was a nice quant setting with beautiful flowers and plants all around. After a full day of checking out the area, it provided us a place to enjoy a cocktail and the beautiful weather. The location of this property puts you within 1 mile (or slightly more) of all the things the historic district offers. We walked to almost everything. There are tons of parks and dining options super close. Forsyth Park is a block away.

Cozy in Coligny was the perfect place to stay for our weekend trip. The location couldn’t have been better, right across the road from Coligny Plaza and right on the beach with its own private entrance. Our host was very thoughtful when it came to the space and provided everything we may have needed. They were very communicative throughout the entire stay.

Frank’s place was absolutely worth every penny and deserves an A+ in my book. I stayed here with my 4 kids, age 14-7. We were comfortable and very happy. My kids didn’t want to leave. The location is great. The condo is pristine and just as pictured/described. The area is safe and proximate to the beach, park, local dining/shopping. We rented bikes right next door, too! We had the best time exploring the area and the kids enjoyed a lot of freedom and fresh air! Frank’s instructions were clear. He was communicative and easy to contact. Everything was fabulous and we would definitely stay here again if in Hilton Head! Loved it!!!

Our stay at Brandy’s place was exactly what we needed! We started our trip on the wrong foot by finding out that our original accommodations were not what we were expecting. We were able to resolve this and get booked with Brandy the very next day, and were so relieved when we arrived to her place! It was spotless, and really felt like a well-managed, well-maintained vacation rental. Coligny Plaza is about a 15-minute walk, and about half that by bike. The outdoor pool was undergoing renovations, but the indoor pool and hot tub were lovely! Beach chairs and wagon were included, and on our last day we found a pickleball set in the closet! Everything was as described, and our stay was wonderful. Brandy was very responsive EVEN while she was in Europe on vacation. We had an amazing experience working with her on-site property manager who took care of everything we needed. 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend booking with Brandy!

Gloria allowed us to get in early which was extremely helpful in letting us start our vacation off. The condo was the perfect size and exactly what we needed for our three night stay. Coligny Plaza was a close walk and an easy drive to some amazing restaurants.

We had the best stay! Ben’s place was PERFECT for our family of 4 (2 kids age 10&7). Super clean, had everything we needed! The location to the beach, shops, restaurants, gas, grocery was great. You could easily walk to the beach, but we chose to take bikes (maybe a 5 min bike ride) and enter through the Coligny beach access point. The kids loved the splash pad! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location, very close to the beach and very quiet. Space is a tad small for two but great for a short getaway! Ryan was great at communicating and supplied everything we needed.
