Vacation rentals with beach access in Jasper County

What a great getaway space! This little home was a perfect landing spot for our family. Beach access, clean pool, easy parking, elevator building—it hit the spot. Not just a clean condo, but with extra towels, pool supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon, it made our stay simple. We didn't have to think about a thing! Connie was SUPER responsive and helpful. We will definitely head back next year!

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

Loved this spot for a short weekend in Savannah! Being steps away from Forsyth Park is priceless. Check in instructions were extremely clear & helpful. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay here! This guest house was super cute and very clean. We stayed for the RBC Heritage golf tournament. Our drive was a quick 20 mins! Soooo many cute shops and local restaurants were within walking distance. Hoping to stay again next year!

We would stay again, the location is wonderful and the beach is awesome. Very private location and we loved the deck/fenced in yard for the dog.

Amanda and Steve’s place was spotless, close to the beach, and within close proximity to great shops, eateries, and activities. The condo had great amenities and the access to an elevator and both indoor and outdoor pools was great!

Had an amazing stay! Place easy very clean and free of clutter. Area is very quiet but also walkable to many places. The host was also extremely responsive and ensured that questions were answered in a friendly and timely manner.

The Tiptons are super hosts!!!! The location was great. Close to the beach and the pool area is cleaned daily. The unit was well stocked and neat.

We visited Linda and Jay's in November 2024 and had a very special week in this house. With young children, the proximity to the beach and ease of access was a huge difference maker. My wife and I went down the beach several nights after the kids were in bed and star gazed knowing we could be back in the house in under 30 seconds if needed. The home itself was very well appointed for working remotely. See above proximity to beach making it easy to pop out for 30 min or an hour easily if you need to do this. I would also say this house would be perfect for multi family or large family gatherings. We used the bedrooms and full baths as assets to make it easier to care for 2 under 2, but given each bedroom has its own full bath, you could have everyone together while still not needing to share those private spaces. Highly recommended!!

This home was lovely and perfect for our family of five. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a very quick bike ride or walk to a beautiful and uncrowded beach. The beds were all very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kitchen was spacious, well-stocked and great for preparing meals. We loved our time here and hope to return one day soon.

This was a wonderful location for us and our extended family ranging from 2 yrs old to 75. The beach is a very close and easy walk for all (there was a beach wagon and chairs in the garage—we had brought our own also). The pool is right outside the front door and also extremely convenient. The house is as described and more. The amenities are wonderful with an extremely well stocked kitchen that is also labeled and organized. More silverware and plates than you could ever need, serving dishes, pots and everything you could ask for. It was clean and well kept, we have already booked for next year!

This is such a lovely little house on the Island! It’s in a great location and had everything we needed for a fantastic trip. I’ve already booked it for our next visit to Hilton Head!

Elizabeth’s home was exactly as described. We were in town for the Heritage golf tournament and the home was very close to the trolley pick up and was walking distance to the grocery store and other shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the fire pit each night we were there. The home was perfect for our group of 6.

Pete’s place is such an amazing location. Food, shops and beach less than 10 minute walk. Amazing value and no frill apartment. Some of the furniture was also updated from the pictures which was a nice surprise. The couch does sink in quite a bit so it was hard to get off after sitting for a bit. We were taken off guard when they was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. We got there around 9pm and a run to the convenient store wasn’t something we expected. Some of the towels also had very distinctive yellow or red staining. Otherwise, great stay and the location and being on a first floor was great! Would stay here again

Really beautiful home in Sea Pines, an easy walk to the beach and right alongside the bike paths. The house was even bigger than shown in the pictures, and super clean. I was amazed that even the inside of the oven was pristine! The beach is huge and uncrowded, the beds in the house are comfy, and the 3rd bedroom has 4 single beds which are perfect for kids. Plus, our dog was welcome (and very happy) in the home. We'd definitely recommend this home!

Craig was responsive and helpful! The location of the Airbnb was great. We were right off the beach, close to salty dog, and enjoyed the sidewalks for walking and biking. Pickleball and Tennis courts at south beach were so close, and bike rentals were a short 7 minute walk. The pool was heated well, and we all had a lot of space with each room having its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and we liked that there were lots of living spaces inside and outside that we could all hang out. We appreciated the early check in after a full night of travel, as well.

Great stay in Hilton Head for our family. We love to bike so it was nice to park our truck and ride bikes everywhere since it was so centrally located. The condo was a great space for our family of 4 with plenty of room. We loved the indoor pool/hot tub since it's so early in the season! Place was clean and tidy! Took us a minute to figure out the check-in steps with all the lock combos but totally fine once we got it figured out. We hope to stay there again in the future! Thanks Gene!!!

Thank you Dave and Barb for sharing your wonderful condo with us! The condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The instructions you left were easy to follow. Your recommendations were great! We hope to come back and stay next year!

Frank’s place was absolutely worth every penny and deserves an A+ in my book. I stayed here with my 4 kids, age 14-7. We were comfortable and very happy. My kids didn’t want to leave. The location is great. The condo is pristine and just as pictured/described. The area is safe and proximate to the beach, park, local dining/shopping. We rented bikes right next door, too! We had the best time exploring the area and the kids enjoyed a lot of freedom and fresh air! Frank’s instructions were clear. He was communicative and easy to contact. Everything was fabulous and we would definitely stay here again if in Hilton Head! Loved it!!!

Gloria allowed us to get in early which was extremely helpful in letting us start our vacation off. The condo was the perfect size and exactly what we needed for our three night stay. Coligny Plaza was a close walk and an easy drive to some amazing restaurants.

We had the best stay! Ben’s place was PERFECT for our family of 4 (2 kids age 10&7). Super clean, had everything we needed! The location to the beach, shops, restaurants, gas, grocery was great. You could easily walk to the beach, but we chose to take bikes (maybe a 5 min bike ride) and enter through the Coligny beach access point. The kids loved the splash pad! We would definitely stay here again!!

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

Great location, very close to the beach and very quiet. Space is a tad small for two but great for a short getaway! Ryan was great at communicating and supplied everything we needed.

Ideal location for Hilton Head Island. Access to adjacent resort is just perfect. The kids loved the pool, the beach is right there. Pool bar is great for a quick meal and beverage. Balcony is very nice for a lazy coffee in the morning. The condo has pretty much everything you need (beach chairs, sand toys, etc.). As others noted, the space is a little tight, but we spent our whole time at the pool and the beach. Also, Coligny is a short walk away. Overall, a great spot to unwind in Hilton Head. Also, reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area.
