This apartment was conveniently located a few blocks from Forsyth Park. The inside was very clean and modern. I loved the tall ceilings. Mayra was very responsive when I reached out to her. Street parking was always available. Nice place!

We had an amazing stay here in Savannah! The house was so clean and the furniture was extremely comfortable. It was in a perfect location and felt very safe! I would definitely stay here again :)

Great location with everything we appreciate: clean apartment, comfy bed and couch, good water pressure, toaster, Keurig, even nice wine glasses. Best of all, communicative, quick-responding hosts! Walking distance to the river and to good restaurants. Highly recommend!

I loved the place, very modern and clean. Everything was perfect, and it's a perfect area to stay. The only problem we had was that Matt never sent us the instructions with the door code before arriving at the place, and we had to wait more than 30 minutes outside. He also didn't answer my messages, and I was worried. He didn't reply until later. But I highly recommend this place. It's beautiful! I had a wonderful experience.

Jerry is such a great host and provided many recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The space was very clean and it was a good location for us to stay - able to walk to Forsyth park and the river district from the Studio! He also has a dvd of ‘Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil’ (movie based in Savannah) - which was such a fun touch. We will definitely be back to visit in the future! Thanks, Jerry!

This space was so perfect for a month long get a way. So convient to all things Hilton Head. The condo was so comfortable and put together. We had all the supplies to cook every meal we needed. Bike trails, a public pickle ball court, the beach, a play ground, and a park all withing walking/driving distance. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location for our Bachelors Party of 8+. We specifically picked Andrew's place for the size, location and walkable access to anything and everything that is Savannah. The music on the weekends does play from the bars & clubs below until 3a, but that didn't hamper any of our stays as we were planning to be up until that time anyways. Highly recommend if you have a large group and want to enjoy what Savannah has to offer after dark!

If you are looking for the “Savannah Experience” this is the place to stay! Well designed, extremely nice inside. The design is the perfect combination of classic and soft modern. We felt like it was a home away from home. Bed was extra comfy and everything was spotless! Walking distance from downtown. Great local bars and restaurants. Such a beautiful neighborhood! Cute boutiques all around. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Zia’s in Savannah. The home is historically cute and beautiful inside. The location for us was perfect. You’ll be in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all of the action in Savannah. Great spot!

Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood with a short stroll to a private beach. Absolutely lovely! Serene vacation locked! Bring your own everything; beach towels, shampoo, salt/pepper, etc.

Great spot and great location. Apartment was clean and very nice. Had all the amenities you need. The company was very responsive and proactive.

Very clear instructions on checkin/checkout. Allowed us to checkin a couple hours early. It was an amazing location that was near many shops, restaurants, and parks. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Savannah in the future.

His place was cozy, comfortable and totally elegant all at the same time. The location was perfect. Forsyth park was any easy walk from the apartment and everything else was a close drive, making the location a perfect starting point, and a lovely place to land after a long day touring the city and surrounding area. This is a beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it! Just be aware it is on the second floor of a house that is divided into two units. I hadn't realized that when booking and it caused some confusion for me when the owner mentioned a shared common foyer with other guests. However, the unit has a private, separately locked space on the second floor with all the rooms you see in the pictures.

We had a fabulous time in Hilton Head at Seascape. Our hosts Jane and her sister Kathy were helpful and communicative from start to finish. The place was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The condo is surrounded by trees, ponds, and pretty wooden bridges. Wildlife abounds. Seascape lends itself to a peaceful place to unwind after a day of golfing or exploring the town! Since the beach is so close, we enjoyed morning walks there. There are restaurants a short walking distance away. The house had everything we needed, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-situated, quiet condo in Hilton Head with all the necessary amenities...a few minutes walk from the beach and a 15-20 minute drive to numerous different golf courses. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

This hidden gem was great for our family of 4! We've stayed in HHI many times and enjoyed it every time. This is a great location just across the street from Coligny Plaza. Able to walk to shops, food, grocery, convenience, ice cream, etc. There was a Wing Fest with a band going one day down the street and an excellent brewery to hang outside and watch the basketball games within walking distance. Disappointed that the hot tub wasn't up for the season but was totally aware of that prior to going. We actually didn't walk over to Seacrest until our last day, but they had a great heated pool and outdoor deck with swings and an outdoor grill and bar that would've been enjoyable had our stay been longer. The large patio with upgraded furniture was an excellent bonus for having coffee and listening to all the birds in the morning. The unit itself was furnished very nicely and as pictured. We had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying our stay.

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

This was a great place to stay! In an easy to get in and out of spot and close to all of the things we needed. The host was super responsive and even helped us out when we left behind some important items that we needed to get after we checked out.

Amanda and Steve’s place was spotless, close to the beach, and within close proximity to great shops, eateries, and activities. The condo had great amenities and the access to an elevator and both indoor and outdoor pools was great!

We had a fantastic time at Brandon & Chase's place. First, the location was great. It was a short walk to Forsyth Park, and while we didn't go to any restaurants in the neighborhood, close to some restaurants. I was apprehensive about parking before we went, but finding parking on the street was a breeze. Second, we traveled with two 4-year olds and an 11-year old, and it turned out to be a was a very family friendly stay. Lastly, the house was great. It was as not only decorated nicely but comfortable sleeping all five of us. Though the house was an older home, it was very clean and well-kept. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool since the weather was cold, but we did enjoy how serene it was out back after a long day of site-seeing. Brandon and Chase were so responsive and easy to contact, too. We would definitely stay in this location again.

Wonderful little place, host and company were all very friendly. It’s a very beautiful neighborhood, and close enough to Savannah and Tybee.

Charles’ place is an urban oasis. Thoughtfully restored, it has relaxing spaces both indoors and outdoors. The beds are comfortable. It’s easily walkable to several great restaurants as well as to Forsyth. Would definitely stay again.

This resort is close to everything. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, park and the beach. My kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and ping pong table.
