I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is cozy and spacious. It was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The location was perfect. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and close to attractions in Downtown Savannh. David was very responsive to my needs and corners. I highly recommend this for your next stay in Savannah.

This is a wonderful condo that is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is very close by the historic downtown area. If it had been a bit warmer (I was there in February), I would’ve enjoyed the outdoor deck and swimming pool but there was no loss because I loved the indoor hot tub! Brendan was very responsive when I reached out to him , he’s a great host. I also slept really well in his bedroom. It is located in the back part of the house away from the street and it’s extremely quiet with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place if you come to Savannah!

Our fam of 3 has been coming to HHI 3 of the last 4 years as a bday gift for our son to play golf & this was our first time staying in Sea Pines & it was a dream!!!💚 Quick to get anywhere & Carolina Place neighborhood🏘️ felt so safe & FT neighbors were so lovely when we’d see them. We’ve air bnb’d from BHB each time & they’re wonderful to work w! As usual they were v fast to reply to any message & always had an easy fix/answer. 📲 The house was just as described & pictured, but even prettier! The lagoon views are bigger than the full wall windows in the living room, just unreal serene!! 🥰 A hot tub was our 1 “must” this year & it was perfect- v clean, easy to use, & so pretty on that deck!! Dryer has steam function to unwrinkle clothes from packing too!🙏🏼 *Tip- Bed closest to full bath on 2nd floor was the comfiest. Loved binder on the tv stand owners made that had their bio & lots of recs from them + ones they collected from guests! 5/5🌟 would stay here again! Thank you!!!

Gloria allowed us to get in early which was extremely helpful in letting us start our vacation off. The condo was the perfect size and exactly what we needed for our three night stay. Coligny Plaza was a close walk and an easy drive to some amazing restaurants.

A wonderful weekend stay for our group! The place is huge, right next to a convenience store, and very walkable to a lot of places. Jerry is friendly, always responsive, and provided clear instructions.

Kris’ house is such a gem in the heart of Savannah. We had a fabulous stay, was able to walk everywhere, and Kris was super friendly. She made our stay top notch and I highly recommend to other guests.

We loved the location and the house was well appointed! Beach towels were a bonus! The two master suites were a big plus for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! The house pool and hot tub were private and relaxing! We would definitely consider renting again for this group: close walking distance to the beach, shops, with lots of biking trails! Excellent! absolutely loved this gem of a home!! was in town for the half marathon and this house was in walkable distance of the race and everything we wanted to see during our weekend stay. perfect accommodation for a girls' trip. very clean, comfy, practical for all our needs. hosts are lovely and so responsive. definitely recommend!

This lovely and cozy property, with a particularly magical entrance, is strolling distance to Savannah’s parks and historic neighborhoods. Joyce offered clear and abundant information about restaurants, shops, and activities. The place was clean with amenities as well as interesting with art and charming garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here for the weekend. It was in a great location—walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The place was clean, and the host, Chris, was really responsive. I picked it because it was listed as a Guest Favorite, and now I totally see why!

The place was great. It had everything we needed for a family of four and centrally located. The restaurant on the bottom floor also really helps was excellent.

Great condo in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and Coligny Square. Condo was spacious with a great porch overlooking the pool. An added plus was an awesome shower in the master suite!!

This unit is very centrally located in Sea Pines and was just minutes from anything we wanted to do. Despite being on a golf course, we heard no noise and enjoyed the quietness of the surroundings. The unit was exactly as described.

Karen was extremely helpful from the very beginning. The home is very clean and has all needed amenities and then some! Looks just like the pictures! The location is great with a park right down the street, Old Town Bluffton less than a mile away and the entire Bluffton Park neighborhood is very walkable and charming. Karen was very responsive and great to work with!

Enjoyed our stay, would recommend & book again! Great location, about a 5 minute walk to Coligny & right across the street from beach access.

One of the best experiences I’ve had through air b&b- Suzanne was amazing! Very clear instructions for check in and check out. Her place had everything we could’ve asked for; you can tell some thought was put into the details. The porch was our favorite place to hang out. 10/10 experience! We hope to return one day!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 8) loved our visit at The Dunes! Kim was quick to respond to our questions and friendly each time. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. our girls especially loved sleeping in the very wel built bunk beds. The FULL SIZE washer and dryer were a pleasant surprise. The pool was heated and made swimming in April very fun. It truly felt like bath water! The location was very convenient for biking to restaurants, shopping, ice cream, a splash pad, grocery store, and a playground. The walk to the beach was short and easy. It was never crowded. We would definitely recommend a stay here and are already planning to book a stay here for our next visit!

We had a beautiful historic stay. We could walk everywhere. There was a great coffee shop next door. We loved that the unit had a king size bed and a free parking space. We enjoyed a very pleasant week and would stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Tiptons are super hosts!!!! The location was great. Close to the beach and the pool area is cleaned daily. The unit was well stocked and neat.
