It is located only 9 miles from Historic Downtown Beaufort and 15 miles from Parris Island Marine Corps Recruit Depot. Hunting Island State Park's sandy beaches, nature tails, and lighthouse tours are a scenic 40 minute drive away. You can swim, fish, kayak or go boating right from the dock in our own back yard. When you arrive; you won't want to leave!

1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. There is another unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from nextdoor. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not suggest booking this. 15 minute drive downtown. OTC 022724

This comfortable townhouse is a great spot to explore the local area or for those just passing through. NOTE: 6/11/25 Broken sofa bed. There is a blowup mattress and the couch for now.

Peacefull and private. The RV is a 2017 38ft motorhome. It is parked next to a 1/2 acre pond with fish, ducks, ospreys, egrets, lots of other wildlife. You have your own porch over the pond. There are walking trails. It's located about 3 miles from downtown Bluffton and about 5 miles from Hilton Head Is. Full sized fridge, and full kitchen. There is a large awning. There are also horses, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, ferrets, baby racoons and squerrals.

Private 3 bedroom house

Great off street parking. Minutes from Airport, Gulfstream and 15 minutes to Downtown Savannah. Nice safe neighborhood. Fire pit with large fenced in backyard, perfect for small gatherings. Shore Power for RV Cam Lock Hook Up and 5 minutes to camping world. There will be a pet fee of $25-$50 based on pet size. This fee will be added once you book. We apologize if this turns anyone off but it takes on average another hour and a half to cleanup afterwards.
