You can enjoy the old town and beautiful scenery while experiencing historic buildings. It is a 2-minute walk to Miyagawa Morning Market and a 5-minute walk to Sakurayama Hachimangu Shrine, the site of the autumn Takayama Festival. The festival stall in this area is called Hōmeita, and it has a variety of decorations such as a palanquin and sculptures (1-minute walk to the stall). It is a traditional inn that initially opened as an inbound accommodation facility. A house newly built in September 2022, standing on a cliff with a 340-degree ocean view. All rooms are ocean view and are about 100 square meters. Your usable area is the 2nd floor accommodation and the 3rd floor rooftop BBQ terrace. Each room has a 50-inch or larger TV, and the living room has a 4K projector and large screen for watching movies. There is a barbecue terrace on the rooftop connected from the outside stairs, where you can enjoy sunrises, daytime ocean views, evening sunrises, night views, starry skies, and the moon. Be healed by the scenery of the sea and nature. The rooftop terrace is fully equipped with a toilet, kitchen space, and laundry area. There are 8 electrical outlets, and you can cook using IH. The two bedrooms each have two double beds, accommodating up to 8 people. The sofa in the living room also has space for a single bed. Recommended for couples, families, and 3-generation trips. After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy an extraordinary time. < Winter season November-March > The outdoor bath is closed during the winter months.
