You can enjoy a special time with 2-3 people without being disturbed by anyone. The building features plaster walls, a rice husk floor, and Mie Prefecture cypress, creating a gentle space unique to natural materials. You can also experience harvesting pesticide-free vegetables at Rokugatsu Farm (reservation required). You can also enjoy dishes made with freshly picked vegetables and Matsusaka beef from a nearby butcher shop. Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. It is conveniently located about 15mins walk from Ieura Port. Enjoy the luxurious architecture of the past, such as the authentic hand blown window glass, Onigawara (Japanese gargoyle roof tiles), and the beautiful gardens with an abundance of stone lanterns. The building consists of 2 villas, King Villa & Queen Villa. As a measure against infectious diseases, we accept one group for each building.

This accommodation is a private rental, limited to one group per day. Itakura no Yado Shirakuri is a small old traditional house inn started by an owner who loves traditional houses. Itakura was relocated from the foot of Mt. Norikura and opened in June 2016. I hope that you will be able to feel the atmosphere of Itakura which is not found in everyday life. We would be pleased if you do.
