The 20-tatami-mat living room has a sofa, kitchen, loft, and fireplace in winter, and a relaxing space for family and friends. When you go out from the window to the terrace, you will find a terrace made to look out at the sky and sea that spreads from the sea. You can enjoy the slow flowing breeze and sky in the jacuzzi and hammock swing. From the terrace, go up one more flight of stairs to the sky deck. Only nature as far as the eye can see. A breathtaking view spreads out. You can hear the slow flow of the Izu sea and fishing boats, as well as the babbling of the brook and the sound of birds. It's the best detox. Now, go down one floor and you'll find a charcoal BBQ in the woods while listening to the babbling of the river. It's delicious, fun, and the best memory. A model house of a construction company that builds wooden houses in Kiso, Shinshu. It is located at the entrance of the vacation home area of Kiso Komakogen and has an open feeling that blends into nature. An infinite sea of stars. A summer resort at an altitude of about 900 m. Feel the warmth and scent of the wood with Kiso cypress pillars, Kiso cypress flooring, and Kiso larch beams. In winter, it is heated with a firewood stove and solar heat. Haruya Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.

Noto cottage "Hinoki no ie" is a wooden house with Onsen (Hot spring). Surrounded by the nature of the Noto area, it's located right in-between of Kanazawa and Oku-Noto (about 1 hour by car which is recommended) making it convenient for sightseeing. You can relax in the living room, the tatami room or the cozy open space. The bath, made of hinoki (Japanese cypress) When you step into the bathroom your whole body is enveloped in the scent of the wood. The house is also very close to the ocean.

OHANA is a private seaside cottage on Naoshima, known as a sacred place of contemporary art. There are two cottages, sea side and mountain side; Lani is the mountain-side cottage.
