This is a 1-villa rental with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa.The Koayu River flows right next to the house, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the spacious terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is a great place to enjoy a sauna and a BBQ while watching the stars in an infinity chair in nature.The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little.You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has a retractable awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even in a little rain. We recommend spending consecutive nights relaxing in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza oven, and fire pit that were previously paid have all been changed to free.Firewood is also free of charge. There are many popular spots frequently featured on TV nearby, such as Miyagase Dam, hot springs, Ogino Pan Factory, Hattori Ranch, cafes, and tree adventures.

This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noises. Since it is a house nestled in the mountains, we will do our best to take care of it, but during the warmer months, insects can be seen.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves dance. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but it's got an incredible view. Enjoy cooking with a kitchen counter with stunning views, condiments, and a cooker.(There is no equipment for BBQ.)

Embrace the “slow life.” The space is a renovated private bungalow next to our main house. Surrounded by trees and quiet, it's an oasis to unwind, unplug, have lazy breakfasts and nap in the hammock. For more active travelers, it's a good base to explore the area. We are 9 km from Shimanto City restaurants and shopping and an easy drive to activities on Shimanto River or the beach. We do require a 2-night minimum but highly encourage you to slow down and stay longer.
