Great hosts and a great place to stay. We have a large family, and had room for all the kids! Great walking distance to everything in town! The air conditioning works well which is important in Sevilla. Simple, yet clean and hosts were great. I highly recommend!!!

Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Haus in der Nähe von Sevilla. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Es war alles blitzesauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Check-In lief ganz einfach über einen Code, den wir im Vorfeld erhalten haben und alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung ca. 11 km von Sevilla entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist die Stadt problemlos zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht benutzt. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann, ebenfalls sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es war leider zu kalt aber der vorhandene Pool lädt im Sommer zum verweilen ein und der Sitzbereich auf dem Dach ist einfach ein Traum. Diesen konnten wir ausgiebig nutzen und haben es geliebt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir bedanken uns recht herzlich, dass wir dieses Haus mieten konnten.

Appartement très bien situé, dans une ruelle calme et sans vis-à-vis. Proche de la place de la promenade d'Hercule remplie de bar et de bons restaurants et très vivante. Attractions principales à 20 minutes de marche environ. L'appartement est parfait pour un couple, l'hôte est réactif et précis.

Beautiful, clean and homely apartment for our group of 8. It’s split on 3 floors so you have the whole building. Great views from the terrace and overlooking the river. AC worked well as it was 41 degrees outside. There is a fruit market next door and we walked to all the local sights easily. A big thank you to Manuel who greeted us to check in. He was really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us out with a separate issue which was unrelated to the apartment. We all enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Manuel’s place was great for our stay in Seville! It is located in a quaint neighborhood with lots of great bars and restaurants and very accessible to all the major attractions in Seville. The place itself is beautiful and very spacious! Manuel was a great host, responsive, very friendly and sent us lots of recommendations! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great one night stay here so we could catch an early morning train in Seville. The place was clean and well stocked! The bed was very comfortable and the option to use a private pool was great! Carridad was very friendly and responsive! She even recommended us some great restaurants!

Le logement proposé par An est idéal pour un groupe. Nous avons apprécié ses 5 chambres avec toilettes et salle de bains privées indépendantes les unes des autres. Les literies sont très confortables. Il est très bien situé proches de tous les monuments célèbres de Séville et dans un quartier touristique ce qui peut être un inconvénient par rapport au bruit. Ana à été très arrangeante avec nous par rapport à l'heure de départ plus tardive que prévue. Attention si vous avez du mal avec les escaliers, le logement est sur 2 étages avec les pièces de vie au dernier. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

We absolutely loved Seville. Nacho was a great host, always responsive, flexible with check-in, and gave lots of recommendations. The place is in a fabulous area making the city so walkable and easy to get around. It was hard to find initially down the alley but was otherwise quiet and great.

Eric und Ruth sind herausragende Gastgeber. Immer ansprechbar mit schnellen Antworten, sehr viele persönliche Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen und vor allem Restaurants und Tapas-Bars. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft, aber ruhig gelegen. Alles wie beschreiben und vollständig ausgestattet. Eine klare Empfehlung - und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The location was great — within walking distance to many bars and restaurants, and also easily accessible to the city center, either on foot or by public transport. We also tried a few of the recommendations that were shared with us, and they were genuinely helpful. If you’re coming by car, keep in mind that parking in Seville can be a challenge — this isn’t specific to the apartment but seems to be a general issue in the city. If you’re lucky, you might find free street parking nearby, but it’s quite hard to find. We ended up parking about a 10-minute walk away. Just something to consider. Overall, we enjoyed both Seville and the apartment — thank you for everything!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Miguel. L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes avec 2 salles d'eau et conforme au descriptif dans une résidence calme. Accès facile et Miguel est réactif aux messages La terrasse sur les toits est un véritable plus avec un très beau point de vue sur Triana et Seville et son jacuzzi. Idéalement situé, avec à proximité des restaurants, cafés et le marché couvert à 20 mm à peine des centres d'intérêts touristiques principaux. On reviendra avec plaisir

The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Seville, with countless restaurants, markets, and the city’s main attractions just a short walk away. It was so convenient to explore everything Seville has to offer without needing a car or public transport. Carlos was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay went smoothly. The apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessities to make our time enjoyable. Everything was in great condition, and it felt like a true home away from home. The only minor drawback was some noise at night from the nearby restaurants, but this was a small trade-off for such a prime location. I’d happily overlook it given the convenience and charm of being in the center of everything. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Carlos!

Perfect location. Felt right at home right away. Lovely Triana location. Sofia explained the parking garage and access to apartment which made it easy to use. Jacuzzi was a bonus.

We had a great time in Sevilla, also thanks to the host's proactivity. We arrived the day of the historic power outage that led to the nationwide blackout in April 2025 and Marisela, Carmen and Fabio put everything in place to ensure a smooth check-in (the doors being fully automated). The apartment had a top equipment and is well located with the entire city center being easily accessible by foot. The immediate surroundings are very cute with many bars, tapas restaurants and pittoresque streets. Great value for money!

Absolutely loved staying here for a week! The space was clean, had good airflow (and aircon for hot days), and a nice new modern design. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and made for really good sleeps at night. The terrace is incredible - it has everything you need to eat outside, sit in the sun, and the cold outside shower was a nice touch for when you want to cool down. The area is great - very local, there is a market nearby with fresh produce and food, a bakery for morning bread, lots of little tapas bars, and couple blocks away is a long avenue with lots of restaurants. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the very centre, and there is also a nice running or walking route along the river. The host was great - easy to communicate with, and the flat was quiet and very comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place to unwind.

Una estadía estupenda! Sevilla es un encanto y el apartamento en la mejor ubicación posible, hermoso y muy cómodo, Eva es una anfitriona de lujo, siempre muy atenta y pendiente de nosotros, nos dió recomendaciones increíbles, la pasamos genial en Sevilla, volveremos!!!

Nuestra estancia en el piso de Elena fue muy agradable. Está situado en una zona tranquila de la ciudad. Todo se puede hacer a pie desde el piso. Elena fue una anfitriona muy atenta y su piso muy acogedor. ¡Volveremos!

We met Auxi at 12.00 to drop off our suitcase and pick up the keys while the team were cleaning which was really helpful. They showed us around explaining all the lighting and air conditioning / heating. The apartment was exactly as the pictures and description - tasteful and clean. Beds and living area were comfortable. They now have a nespresso machine which was very handy. We quickly realised it was the best location for exploring Seville - everything was in walking distance. We love our 5 day trip in Seville and the apartment - would recommend.

Das geräumige und gut ausgestattete Apartment im dritten Stock (mit Lift) hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt von Sevilla. Das Zentrum und verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die große Dachterrasse ist einfach grandios! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Semana Santa sehr genossen und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Everything was good, the only thing that could be improved was the noise at night that disturbed to sleep well. But it’s Seville, so we were ok!

It was a great stay, beautiful terrace! A pretty central location! - very close to mercado d triana & 20ish min walk to cathedral & many things across the bridge! ( if you cant do stairs, i suggest looking else where - you walk 4 flights up) But I would stay here again :)

This was one of the most amazing airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Auxi was so unbelievably helpful and made our time in seville amazing!
