Great hosts and a great place to stay. We have a large family, and had room for all the kids! Great walking distance to everything in town! The air conditioning works well which is important in Sevilla. Simple, yet clean and hosts were great. I highly recommend!!!

Great location, right by plenty of sights and food, easy access and the house was beautiful.

Nice location. It's a bit far from the core of Seville's attractions, but not bad. It's still very walkable. It's nice having two floors for separation if needed. There are two bathrooms, too! There is AC on both floors, which is highly appreciated as it can get very hot in Seville. Supermarkets are conveniently close, and a few tapas bars, which are everywhere!

Alonso and Rocío were wonderful hosts—friendly, responsive, and detail-oriented. The house was beautiful, spacious, and peaceful at night. Almost everything was within a 30 min walk. The space looked exactly like the photos. The stairs might be a bit tricky for really young kids, but otherwise, it was very comfortable. The AC kept cool through a heatwave, and the shower had consistent hot water 😎 Staying at their place felt more like visiting friends than booking a rental. If not for the space, book it for the hosts– Rocío made a real effort to make us feel at home. She genuinely cared about our well-being, and it really showed.

Had a great stay here. Guadalupe was very helpful and made it easy to access the flat. The location is fantastic, with a lovely walk across the river to see the main sites of the city. Would come back in a heartbeat.

I had a great time! I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, the neighborhood is quiet and everything is within walking distance. The hosts are great and very responsive.

The apartment was amazing and the roof top terrace was fantastic. A great place to chill after a long day sightseeing. Nice touches such as toiletries, tea coffee etc. Communication with Susana was fantastic Recommendations re itinerary, restraunts, supermarkets really helped us plan our time in Seville. The location and surrounding restraunts is perfect. We have had a wonderful stay. The apartment is so comfortable and the hosts so attentive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to family and friends.

Our family of four had a great stay at the penthouse. Location is walkable to all the main sights and shopping. It was very quiet and beds were comfy. The best part was the dunk pool and outdoor space with the gorgeous view. After a long day of walking we all enjoyed cooling off in the pool!

This apartment is at the heart of a very lively and historically interesting quarter of Seville. It is comfortable, offering both a washing machine and a diswasher (great additions!) as well as the good bathroom, bedroom and sitting room that the description leads you to expect. The building itself is old and gracious….this is a splendid place from which to get to know Seville..

Heloise's apartment exceeded expectations, and was even better than the photos suggested. Heloise's instructions regarding check in were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is within walking distance of all the main attractions, and has some lovely local bars and restaurants selling food and drink at great prices: at one particular place, my wife and I were able to buy breakfast for just €7 in total! If we return to Seville, we would 100% stay at Heloise's apartment again. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful place to stay. Recommended.

If you go to Seville, you can rent this space without fear. I felt very well received by Alberto, and the environment had everything necessary for a good short or long stay. I went to the center of Seville by bike and walked back through the streets, enjoying the unique architecture of this charming city. Alberto was an exceptional host, gave tips about the city, made check-in flexible and even helped me with food. When I return to Seville, I will look for your apartment again.

Had a fantastic break, central to everything, lots of bars restaurants nearby. Pool was a bonus when we wanted to just relax, will definitely be back😁

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Although we didn’t get to meet Antonio during our stay, he arranged for someone to meet us and welcome us to his apartment. Communication was great!

After some difficulties communicating with our hosts prior to the trip and when we arrived, we did very much enjoy the space and were quite comfortable.

This was by far the best airbnb experience we have had. I booked this in Jan and Victor did not miss a beat. This place is immaculate, homey, peaceful and close to everything. All recommendations were on point. We did not want to leave. Thank you Victor. Your place is amazing!

Having experienced many types of accommodation, this was the best. Extremely clean. Thick, good sized towels. Excellent washing machine and even a dryer, if needed. Excellent air conditioning. Very well equipped, how often do you find yourself needing to go and buy washing up liquid, laundry tablets, toilet rolls etc on the first day of your holiday? Not here! Bus from airport is 45 minutes to a stop only 7 minute walk to the apartment Location is great to walk into the centre, along the river, to Triana and Macarena areas. Lots of good places to eat. Excellent comms with the host. Would recommend and want to stay there again.

Everything was good, the only thing that could be improved was the noise at night that disturbed to sleep well. But it’s Seville, so we were ok!
