Carolyn was a great host, very responsive, easy instructions. The set-up of the house was great for our needs, fit everyone comfortably. Very close to restaurants, stores, and the Grand Park Sports Complex. I highly recommend staying here when you are in the area.

A lovely, homey cabin on a beautiful property! While we didn't get to fully enjoy the pond because of the chilly weather, we appreciated the view. The entire property was clean and well taken care of. We felt very safe, which was important for three ladies traveling alone. Mike was easy to reach out to for help when we had a mishap with the fireplace. A very welcoming host who goes above and beyond with Midwestern hospitality. You will not be disappointed!

We love our stay at the cabin! It’s the perfect amount of away from everyone but still having that neighborly feel to it. The view was amazing and the cabin itself was the cutest thing! It’s far away enough from the city that you don’t feel that city vibe but close enough you can drive to it for the day if you want. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone else!

We stayed with a large group for a bachelorette celebration, and Shawn’s place was perfect! Lots of spacious bedrooms, most with bathrooms, and then extra air mattresses too! One woman brought her baby, and there was plenty of baby gear (Pack n Play, changing table, baby bath). The kitchen was perfect for cooking for the group. We had a few very minor issues (eg running low on paper towels) during our stay that Shawn addressed within hours each time. Definitely strongly recommend and would stay again!!

We reserved Jamie‘s place while we were in town for a wedding and because the kitchen looked nice. It was nice to prep some of the kitchen food right there and made it easy to transport to our location. I also loved how comfy the beds were.

The place was great. Scott is a solid communicator and there was enough yard space for lawn games and room indoors for activities. We loved the air hockey / ping pong table and the theater room. The one down side, is that we saw extra blankets and pillows listed on the amenities, but could not find enough blankets in the house for all the various pull out mattresses and cots, so some people just had sheets or the throw blankets from the basement. There’s a chance they were there somewhere and we just didn’t see them

What a great house! Within walking distance to The Vogue Theater and Broad Ripple restaurants. Great patio, kitchen, and downstairs "family" room. Great layout and 2 & 1/2 bathrooms with one on all three floors. Three bedrooms: two queens downstairs and a king upstairs. And the bedrooms were exceptional: very cozy, nicely decorated, plenty of space, and excellent mattresses/pillows/linens. The sliding glass door had a bar to lock it, which is a nice security feature that's often overlooked. The hosts were responsive and considerate. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

If you want a Smoky Mountains feel in the middle of the big city then this place is for you! Such a hidden gem!! Couldn't believe i was actually in Indy while I was at the Cabin. Fireplace was amazing and all the decor. Everything you could ask for. Game room was a blast and all the beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again. Host was great at communcation and super nice. One of the best stays I've had!!

The ranch was the perfect size for a night with a larger group! I loved that the instructions were clearly posted by the applicable areas, the kitchen had everything I needed to make dinner, and the bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and neat. Our son had a soccer tournament at the Grand Park Sports Complex, so we chose to stay here—and we’re so glad we did. Stacey was great with communication, checking in with us before our arrival and throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, well-equipped, and felt like a perfect retreat. We especially enjoyed strolling around the area and taking in the serene surroundings. The recommendations for local restaurants were also spot-on!

We stayed at David’s place for my son’s wedding weekend. The long driveway was perfect to accommodate our multiple cars. It’s just a short drive to Laurel Hall. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. Plenty of space inside and out! The nicely updated bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and wash cloths for our big family! Premium soap and shampoo was also provided! David is friendly and easy to communicate with! We highly recommend this home!

Great little spot for a quick trip ! Very clean and in a private spot on the property. My daughter and I drive in for the Eras Tour and Joshua was super accommodating by allowing us to check whenever we arrived, which was about noon! I also wanted to mention how appreciative I was that Joshua never changed my nightly rate; I booked his place 10 mos in advance and I heard horror stories of how advanced airbnb bookings were being cancelled in order to capitalize on the event. Feeling very fortunate about my choice to star where we did.

We had a fantastic stay! The owners were incredibly responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. The place itself is super cute, and our kids absolutely loved it. The hot tub on the covered patio with a TV was such a fun bonus, so much better than staying in a hotel! Plus, having a Kroger just down the road made it really convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed 3 nights and the house was nicely appointed, clean and spacious and beds were comfortable. This home was decorated well to match each room. Well thought out. This house had snacks and clear instructions in the home. Bruce answered all my questions and this home was close to the soccer field which was helpful. Overall, if we will be back in this area for soccer this will be the first place I will look to book. This home is close to everything and I felt safe.

The house was great - plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 teens, a 10yo, and a dog! We loved the hot tub, ping pong, and skee ball!! Beds were comfy, house was well stocked, and we settled right in and had a great time. Location feels private and secluded, but was a 15 minute drive or less to everything we needed or wanted to do. Would absolutely book again!!

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

Had a nice short weekend at the Cowboy Bunkhouse. Very well-appointed space with everything you need in hand for a relaxing weekend. Bathroom was really neat with the steel tub and shower. Easy to follow directions. Space is rustic and there were a few folks staying on site. Hard to walk around and enjoy without maybe walking too close to another rental spot. Good for our family of four to get out of Indy for a weekend.

This cabin was a wonderful place for a family gathering. My family and my sisters’ families got together for a wedding and it was the perfect location for us, as it was close to the wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner location. The cabin had very nice sized bedrooms with lots of space for everyone to sleep and relax, a cozy living area with a fireplace, and an ample kitchen and eating space. We loved it and would definitely recommend for others!

I loved every bit of this stay. By far the most welcoming and made you feel like you made friendships and was visiting friends. Loved the place and enjoyed the company . The host went above and beyond. This is a stay I would suggest anyone to pick.
