Eli’s place was great! It was perfect for a weekend stay! It was very clean and had great decor. Easy to get in! Eli was great! Communicated well and answered any questions quickly! I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful home across from a quiet park. We only wished we had gotten in earlier and stayed another day. You should stay here! We’d rent here if we moved to Indy!

Home was only 6 mins from Grand Park where we had a soccer tournament. Super convenient Location for our needs. Having a second bathroom was a huge plus for us . Would stay here again. We had no issues . Contacted Jeff one time; he responded quickly.

Joan and her family welcomed me and my dog when my first reservation fell through due to flooding. They were responsive and kind. Never bothered me, but soon after I mentioned some concerns I had about the bathtub, they were quick to come and address them when it was convenient for me. They offered plenty of amenities like soap, paper towels, detergent for the washer and dryer, body wash, even cotton balls. The place was cozy and quiet even though it was near a busy street with some apartment building construction underway. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The place was bright and comforting to me. I felt safe. I got some work done and took advantage of the walkable location. I kind of miss the place now. I would stay there again.

Loved the house. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. The back deck, backyard, nice fire pit, and privacy fence were my favorite parts. comfy beds. loved the themes in each room. I would love to stay here again. Highly recommend 👌

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family, beautifully updated with stylish decor that made it feel welcoming. The mattresses and pillows were incredibly comfortable, just what we needed after a long day at a soccer tournament. We also loved the modern televisions, especially the screen-sharing option from our phones. The location was ideal, close to the Grand Park Sports Campus and convenient to everything local. The hosts were wonderful, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into their home. From the thoughtful amenities to the cozy atmosphere, everything was 5 stars. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

We were very lucky to have found this awesome location! Very close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. A quiet neighborhood and very walkable-thoroughly enjoyed walking the Monon Trail which was a short walk away and dog friendly which was a plus for us. Dogs welcome at this location and fenced yard allowed us to let our dog out without worry. All basic needs in the house to make us very comfortable - highly recommended this location!

The home was Great! Very modern and up to date. Plenty of room for the 8 guests we had . Would definitely stay there again. Also Allen was very accommodating as well and responded quickly if we needed anything

Beautiful place. Plenty of fun things to do inside the place alone, not to mention close to a lot of restaurants and outside adventures. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back soon. We loved staying here! We were in the area for a basketball tournament so we didn't have time to explore. The house was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The hosts have provided a wonderful kitchen for preparing food. Everyone slept well and the nights were quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay. So cute and comfortable. Bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen/living room are upstairs. Just FYI. I have a torn meniscus and somehow I missed that so the stairs were hard. But that's on me. Awesome outdoor spaces!

After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

The house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space and bedrooms so we could spread out. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The host was caring and checked to make sure our visit was going well. We would stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay at Andrew’s place. The bed was particularly comfortable, and we really appreciated having plenty of seating in the living areas. The area is quite peaceful and also so close to great restaurants. Andrew’s local recommendations were great!

I had a great stay at Adam’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and just a short drive to downtown Indianapolis, which was perfect for my work conference. It had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. I would definitely stay here again!

An excellent AirBnb. Host was responsive. Check-in was simple. Home was impressively clean. Had "the things you need" in an AirBnb (knives, etc.). Even went the extra mile and included some pantry essentials and robes. Location is walkable to many great restaurants and coffee shops. Walked to Sun King and Metazao Breweries. Landscaping is beautiful. Owner lives next door so would be there for any needs. About the best you could get from an AirBnb.

This is the second stay at Nick's place. We had another wonderful time and will always choose to stay at Nick's place when we are in town for the family gatherings. We all love the game room and when we want to relax and watch a movie, there's plenty of space for that too. Thank you for the great stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 children. Having my daughter and son -in-law and their boys on a separate floor (with their own bathroom) was great! I'm sure they would have enjoyed the backyard if it wasn't pouring down rain the entire time during our stay.
