3BR-4 Beds-2BA close to UK/Chevy Chase/Downtown

CherieRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Larissa is very responsive. We really didn’t need to contact her for anything except to ask for a slightly later checkout. But she kept in contact with me making sure everything was good on our end. Walkable to UK campus, Kroger (end of the block), restaurants, and bars. Easy drive to MANY places/areas. Place was very clean, beds were so comfortable. The area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cheerful 2 bedroom home with parking on premises

ZacharyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place was perfect for our needs. We just stayed for one night to break up a long drive, and get some sleep. The location couldn't have been better. Very close and easy to get to I75, but enough away from it to be quiet and peaceful. There were many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this place, and would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful Cabin in Red Lick Valley

AmandaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We loved our stay on the farm! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids were thrilled with all the animals and especially enjoyed visits from the friendly Great Pyrenees dogs. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t smell like a farm at all! Sandy and Martin were so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We also bought some of the farm’s sausage, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for a unique and enjoyable experience!

Lakefront property - Higher Ground

NathanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
While this house is not particularly close to bourbon tastings, the size of the house and quiet neighborhood ensured we were well rested for the next day’s adventure. About 40 minutes from Lexington and 90 minutes from Louisville, we spent a lot of time driving between destinations. The house itself was well equipped for our party of six. Plenty of space for each person’s privacy and large common areas that allowed everyone to eat and drink together. We were unable to enjoy the water below due to recent flooding.

The “News Reserve”

KaitlinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The house is fantastic, obvious care to updates and maintenance, very clean and nicely decorated. I can be a bit of a germaphobe, and I felt immediately comfortable because of how neat it all was. The Internet worked wonderfully. Kitchen was well-appointed for our needs. The bedding and beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for our group size. The hosts were very kind, cordial, helpful, and quick to respond when we had questions. The neighborhood felt safe, and was quiet during our stay. The HVAC was louder than anticipated, but we slept very soundly after adjusting to that. Only recommendations that I would suggest would be lamps for night stands, a couple more chairs for the dining room (or that could be used in the dining room), and an extra lock on the exterior doors. I would definitely recommend the hosts and location, and would happily stay again.
