We welcome all races, religions and LGBTQ. Our apartment is eclectic and fun. Being light-filled and surrounded by trees, it's like being in a tree house. Due to Covid19, I no longer orient guests to the apartment, but allow them to make themselves at home. I also clean hard surfaces and frequently touched items with a Clorox solution.
“Heather's place is exactly as described - cozy, wooded, eclectic. Very functional kitchen, nice touches (books, games, art), everything done very thoughtfully and with ecological awareness. The patio with firepit outside is very nice, and we greatly enjoyed the pool table and morning muffins. Communication with Heather was very easy and pleasant. An excellent value!”

“Brent's place was exactly was I was looking for during a 3-week work trip to Cleveland. The location was central to everything while in a quiet, residential area. The place itself was extremely spacious and felt very private. A great place to stay if you're looking for a private overnight trip or somewhere to crash for a few week. Would definitely recommend to any business travelers coming to Cleveland!”
This is an urban/zen carriage house apartment, cozy yet spacious with the artists recycling hand at work. The neighborhood includes all the faces of America. I live in the stately house adjacent to the garage apartment. There is a back courtyard with a fire pit area. The house itself is on Detroit Ave. The apartment faces the side street which is Thoreau. The neighborhood is quiet. People walk up to Drugmart or City Hall nearby and early on weekdays middle schoolers can be heard going to the school nearby, but for all this people activity, this urban neighborhood is peaceful. Folks who stay here say it is perfect for a retreat .Looking to disappear for awhile? Come to "Nan's Nook on Thoreau." In Lakewood. We are family friendly. This could be a good spot for a couple traveling with a baby . We can accommodate.
“Place is very nice if you like the Hippie style. My life is into that stuff so she loved it. It’s in a very nice location so there’s a lot of places to go to that are close by. We went during the COVID-19 time so a lot of the local spots were closed or different hours. So keep that in mind if you book during this time. But, the Zoo, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Dave & Buster’s, 41 North Kayak Adventures we’re all open. But, the Kayak place you might wanna book online if you go because they are usually booked.”
